Highly recommended location. Very nice facilities. Sauna and swimming pool are beautiful. Bedrooms look beautiful and also sanitary facilities are hypermodern. We found the location to look bigger in real life than in the photo's. Very friendly manager. Very willing to help, even using the other complex's jacuzzi for the last day. Great value for money!

Beautiful house, fairly well maintained. Nice house owner. Had a very good stay, a pity that after 5/6 people the boiler was empty and a cold shower has to be taken. Maybe also useful to provide the outside door to the pool with a working lock, especially if there are children in the house. Once again, had a great stay :)

Accommodation absolutely top! Big enough, good bathrooms and beds. Everything neatly clean. Nice swimming pool, 2 barbecues there. Separate bar with fridge next to the pool. Negatives are the house owner and environment. House owner charges vague costs afterwards for cleaning. For example, we suddenly had to pay € 200 for cleaning because, according to him, the toilets were dirty than usual. What do you want after a weekend with 20 men in a house?!?! Do you expect clean toilets? It was also very difficult to separate the waste, while the plates were hanging wrong over the bins. To get rid of it, we have largely brought our own dirt. House owner also sends text messages late at night that he was going to put us out the next day. (And yes we should have caused noise nuisance with 20 people). Then the next day after calling him himself, pretending that nothing is wrong and blaming the neighborhood for complaining quickly about noise nuisance . In short fine accommodation, but house owner is weakly a separate man.

The house is in the middle of a residential area, so be aware if you are looking for a more remote option. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner is less. Unknown costs as use pool, heating pool and use sauna make the house so 200 euros more expensive. In addition, he uses strict rules with fines. The reception was also at least hospitable. Direct benefits about Dutch groups and nothing but negative. Of course, when leaving, you will be able to lodge a complaint with Belvilla. Prints a very negative aftertaste on this house that looks great.

The house was on a very busy road and it was not cleaned so neatly. Sheep in room really dirty, hair in bath. Welcome owner friendly but a lot of rules. I had to take pictures of the contents of the cupboard to put everything back exactly in the same place, does not give a warm welcome.

the villa is aging, many blinds, lamps are broken, the armchairs are not comfortable and aging too. we can not make even slight noise after 10 pm on Friday night, the ping pong tables are outside and the owner complains about the noise that it generates to play. very close to a big road, in the dormitory people complained about the noise that it caused, everything is paying even make an open fire it costs 50 euros more, the kicker is also paying ... disappointment in the whole for the price

After the cancellation period, we suddenly received an email that we had to cancel at our own expense and otherwise sign 2 extra contracts and pay an extra €1000 deposit (on top of the €500 deposit already paid to Belvilla). For things like moving furniture, even a deposit would be withheld. After booking we also suddenly received all kinds of extra costs, such as costs for waste (€ 150) and € 100 per hour checking out later than 8 o'clock in the morning. Afterwards we were sent photos of things that would have been broken by our fault, but what was already the case on arrival .. The showers were cold and there was a dead rat in the pool.

We always book for the few years a home via Belvilla. This time it was again a successful holiday. Thanks to super nice weather and with combination of a large outdoor swimming pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ, table football and ping pong table, we have our good vermaakt.Wifi unfortunately was not optimal and there is a missing washer. But keep your consumption of electricity and cleaning. Too much usage you have to pay extra, and before you leave the house at 10:00 everything should clean and dry in the same place and the whole house should be vacuumed. These are the rules of this house. Do you not mind then you are guaranteed a nice holiday there.

Excellent home owners Mr and Mrs Van Geert Schoors, available and good advice, happy to help and anxious to "improve their services in the Villa Nuvola. Top Athletes, we enjoyed television (several channels including many French channels), firewood, games (billiards, table tennis, table football), fitness room, swimming pool and pool bar to relax after competitions. We don 'have not used the sauna. It would be advantageous to provide a device for toasted sandwiches in the kitchen, large pans and cutlery sufficient for groups of 20 people. 2 lounge chairs pool surrounds would be welcome. For a surcharge, propose some towels, shower and kitchen towels would be a plus. A washing machine and a dryer would be useful. We enjoyed the neighboring stores including Delhaize nearby. We'll definitely if we play golf around Zottegem. We will recommend this property to our families, friends and acquaintances. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Geert Van Schoors for their taste in decoration and "idea" to have planned "huge closets.

Splendid villa in Flemish Ardennes with pool
This stunning villa located in Zottegem in East Flanders is a beautiful 6-bedroom house that can comfortably accommodate 20 people. Perfect for a large group of families with children.
The villa is at the foot of the rolling hills of the Flemish Ardennes, in Zottegem. Zottegem is known as the 'Gateway to the Flemish Ardennes', and is a vibrant town with a busy town centre, 2.9 km away, and has restaurants and nightlife. It has an archaeological museum where you can see how people lived in prehistoric times, or visit the 19th-century country style of Breivelde Castle estate. Other nice destinations in the area include Oudenaarde, Kluisbergen and Ghent. There is a forest 1.9 km away, great for hiking and cycling, and a tennis court is 2 km away. There is also a lake 13 km away, and a bike rental 5 km way.
The villa itself has plenty to keep you amused. There is an outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor bar and a poolhouse that also contains a sauna with a shower. There is also a terrace, a garden with furniture, a barbecue, and billiards. If you are travelling with children, a children's bed and high chair is also available.
The nearest airport is Brussels Airport, 56 km away, and public transport is 2.9 km away. There is also a train station 5 km away, and a ferry port 80 km away.
Due to the peaceful nature of this property, it is not rented to groups of young people who wish to party.
