Very friendly welcome! Spacious apartment, very cozy and all the amenities one needs. Kitchen has an unpleasant odor. Lots of bugs !!!

Arrival was fine, we knew the house from previous holidays. Reception was warm. It is a lovely place and house, but the facilities can be improved somewhat. Washing machine did not work well, insufficient quantity and quality garden furniture, insufficient glasses and knives.

Those who love nature and tranquility, is totally right place. You hear only the sounds of the forest and the animals. The house is very nice, only the equipment leaves much to be desired. It was not aimed at 13 persons. The windows and doors were very lavede. Thus, it was also very much vermin in the house! Luckily we had with window Gage to abzuhalden least part. Purified the house very little. For 100 € cleaning can be expected more. Everywhere there was dirt, dust and cobwebs. The dishes we had also clean only. The pizza oven (to which we have particularly looked forward) and the grill could not be Utilized as these were totally outdated and disintegrated already slow. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time on our key and after 2 phone calls came the landlady. The landlady was very nice. The pool was always kept clean and our requests or concerns were handled quickly. Highly recommended is the food at the little restaurant above the holiday house, which is run by the daughter of the landlord. Unfortunately, you always need a car to go shopping! The price of the house is too high!

In a dream setting, surrounded by nature, beautiful house, great, full of charms and very well equipped. A beautiful nice pool after visiting the wonders of the area (Urbino, Arezzo, San Sepolcro, Urbania, Fonta di Avellana, Gubbio, ..). Our host is very nice, always available and very welcoming. Advisor rental without reserve.

We went with a gang of 12 men home Mercatello. We have to find because our gps did not know the location long. Fortunately, we were able, thanks to the directions or find the house. The house is very secluded, noisemakers for us this was ideal. However, in order to get there we had to drive three miles on a dirt road. The house itself is beautifully decorated. We have had a great time. The only niggle we had was that we had trouble with the Italian language. Mercatello and my environment can not speak English, French or Dutch. It was therefore ask things by putting hands and feet it.

Dear, Italy was for us a very pleasant surprise! Both the hostess and her family, with her welcome amenities and beautiful location! Great for nature lovers and also educational for young children who are fascinated to nature! It is also a calming environment. And the people are warm and welcoming! Attention! By car, you should be used to the driving style of the Italian population! For people looking for more social contacts and experiences to assume this location is less suitable. Attractive traditional house, well adapted and suitable for larger group. Warm welcome and caring owners. Ten minutes drive from main roads, but then you have privacy! Kitchen equipment easy, but calculated on the large group.

The house is beautiful, far from civilization, and is very spacious and fully equipped. The pool is in the Italian summer sun an indispensable element in this lovely collection. The family that owns the property, is very hospitable and friendly, does everything to make the stay enjoyable maken.Een must for holidays for the whole family (parents, children, grandchildren) or friends groups: the layout is the (large ) building possibly four apartments to make.

The owners are very nice and very gastvrij.De location is superb. What a quiet, space and views (you have even limited reach with your mobile). We really had a wonderful week and fully enjoy La Dolce Vita! We will gladly come back.

This deluxe 4-bedroom mansion is in Mercatello sul Metauro. It is ideal for a family or friends it can accommodate 13 people with ease. It offers a private swimming pool and garden for you to relax and enjoy to the maximum.
The supermarket is 3 km from the mansion. The restaurants are 3 km away if you wish to dine out. The town centre is 3 km from the stay.
A living room with TV and fireplace offers some amazing time to be with your dear ones. Central heating is in place for your convenience. Experiment your culinary skills with the barbecue and relish it in the garden with furniture. 3 pets are allowed to stay on the mansion.
The check-in begins from 4 PM till 6 PM whereas the check-out from 9- 10 AM.

1.7 km away is another agriturismo (same owners) with a few apartments, swimming pool and small, cozy restaurant. The restaurant is open only upon reservation.
What food can you eat here?
Homemade pasta: tagliatelle, gnocchi, lasagne, cannelloni and ravioli. And then there are focacce, pizza, meat from their own farm on the menu card. The bread is baked in the wood oven.
The dishes vary depending on the season and can be prepared with truffles, wild mushrooms, chestnuts strawberries, blackberries, vegetables and local cheeses. There are also local wines, vin santo and a typical wine made from cherries.
