We have been received very kindly. Everything was in perfect shape. It is a fantastic house with lots of possibilities and lots to do in the area. Accommodation is indeed a bit outdated, but with this warm weather it was just as a result in the living room still nice and fresh. We will definitely return to the same house next year! !!!!

We had a lovely stay at this holiday home, The location was peaceful, yet close enough to Malmedy for sightseeing, The area around the house is stunning, and we enjoyed long walks in the nearby National Park, It was a great place to unwind with friends and family

Very nice weekend! Rooms were all neat. Kitchen looked great! Furthermore, the pool was cold and the sauna was not hot enough. Da jaquzzi was fortunately nice on temperature.

Arrival was fine. Living was even decorated with Christmas tree and all. House had more than enough space and there was something for everyone. Kitchen was fully equipped. Pool and hot tub was clean. Malmedy is within walking distance and is a pleasant town.

It is a beautiful house, it is spacious enough for the amount of people. Some old / overdue maintenance (handrail very wobbly, jacuzzi streamers no longer run smoothly). It's a shame it's not really inviting to sit outside as a large tree/bush takes out all the afternoon sun. It was just a perfect week to drink a well-deserved beer on the terrace by the pool after a long walk. There is also a less fresh-smelling air from the toilet room that is located in the basement. This air moves up into the hall in gusts. In general, the house was clean. The kitchen is equipped with sufficient equipment, crockery and cutlery. The double oven / stove and large refrigerator were very nice to have. The beautiful bar with sufficient glassware and several cooling rooms is also very pleasant for a large group.

Beautiful surroundings! Great house, have us well entertained with 16 adults and 2 children! Small disadvantage was that the owner of the house really speaks only French. Thankfully enough can understand each other sufficiently.

Have a very nice trip! Swimming pool, sauna, house itself, everything was alright. House is a bit outdated. Everything has also fallen slightly smaller than in the pictures. Take care of the showers, these leaks of the third floor through the roof. Bedrooms are also alright. The cafe is a plus!

We have this home rented from 21 / m April 24, 2017 for a long family weekend with 20 people in different ages (6 to 68 years) First, we found it all very strange that a few days before our arrival had to send an email to the owner, with all names, b date, address, phone. No, but as well the proof of ID numbers, date of issue, etc. !!! Really ridiculous !! Never experienced with renting a house! We think the house is too expensive in price / performance ratio. It's a damp house, and you can smell, especially on the ground floor (mold-moisture air.) Right at the back of the house is a municipal campsite, so no view! This is not displayed when you view the house on the Belvilla site, and we think it is indeed important that this is stated so that people know where they can count on .. At the front is the view of the street hidden by a wooden fence . Bedrooms are reasonable and have a private shower facility, but some rooms tiny. When v / d bedrooms has a shower not a given hot water, and in another room was the shower lamb and shower hose too short. The tubs does not have a cover, so removes the heat from the water in a vacuum. And that we noticed in the settlement of the energy! Day and night it is open ... The pool looks pretty good, but not really invited us to make use of because the water was too cold. There was an electronic dartboard cabinet, who have thrown after one or 10 with the arrows, hit full on tilt. Here a mention of it, which does the same day a technician came to fix it. Unfortunately went after throwing three times, turn the cabinet on tilt! We have it but then left, but could live so no fun here anymore .. Also during that weekend up to 3 times the current

Jaccuzzi clean but the control screen glued (tinkering) Clean and functional cottage as a whole MAISIsolation MUST be reviewed, both thermal and acoustic insulation.The radiators are on while some windows do not close. little noise (EVG oblige), and have received 2 times the visit of the police and the owner to calm the game It is true that we were making noise but the insulation is virtually nonexistent so the wrongs are to it would be time to invest! The house looked very tired and in need of redecoration. The bannister was extremely loose when we arrived and dangerous, especially with young children in our group, the timing of the lights was such that we were unable to complete a flight of stairs before they went off. Both of these aspects were attended to very quickly. One of the rooms was closed off to us as it had developed a leak. the area where the washing machine was housed also had a leak. My daughter cut her forehead on a broken shower head. there should be warnings about how extremely hot the water gets as my grandson was slightly scalded when he was in the shower. the garden was not maintained and we hardly spent any time out there as we found some dead mice. when we arrived there was no parking space for any of our cars as these had been taken up by neighbours and campers. Apart from the foregoing, there was certainly enough for us as a family to keep us occupied and more than sufficient cutlery/chinaware/glasses, etc.

The house is spacious and complete and plenty of entertainment inside (and the kitchen very complete and pleasant), but in total very dated. Leaks after showering on the ground floor and first floor. The bedrooms are very noisy. The sauna does not heat up properly. In our opinion, the costs are far too high for what you get in return. Especially if after the stay also eur 550 energy costs must be paid (for 10 persons = 6 bedrooms).

This luxurious 11-bedroom holiday home is near the town centre in Malmedy and can accommodate 22 people. It has spacious bedrooms, a private swimming pool for enjoying a splash, and wellness equipment like a sauna for people of all ages, offering a perfectly relaxing vacation.
Despite the indoor pool, a visit to the open-air swimming pool of Malmedy is highly recommended at only 500 m away. You can also go for long walks or take a cycling excursion up the High Fens, a cycling excursion along mapped routes, or enjoy a tasty meal on the market square in Malmedy. There is the F1 Francorchamps only 10 min away from the house and a bit farther is the lovely town of Spa with its thermal baths with a rejuvenating experience.
