We were welcomed by Filippo, he showed us everything. He was reachable via the app and responded quickly, which was nice. We were here with our children and they loved swimming all day. The pool was at a good temperature and clean. The house was tidy and clean. The surroundings are quiet. We will be back next year!

Very friendly reception, even though the gentleman did not speak English or Dutch, he was able to show everything well. The little house was just amazing, everything is there. The pool could have been a bit warmer, but it was still manageable, perhaps because we were here with only 18 or 19 degrees and a lot of rain. We really enjoyed ourselves.

A cosy, cozy Ardennes cottage, very well furnished with a well-maintained garden and a fantastic swimming pool. In the garden we only heard the sound of the birds. Enjoyed wonderfully!!! Owners are also super friendly people.

The location is amazing, nice and peaceful place. Amazing garden, swimming pool is super good, the host checked the water quality every day with the hot temperatures outside, this was a great service. Many nice little seating areas in the garden, very cozy and a shadow spot available during the day. Garden umbrella"s available as well as sun screens to keep the home cool. BBQ available, sunbeds available. The house itself is very nice decorated, they have paid a lot of attention to detail. The general condition of the home is good, though in some areas there is some maintenance necessary. For example: the bathroom door can"t be locked because the lock is broken. Many lights are not functioning well, but we managed due to long evenings outside. In the sense of feedback for improvement: The beds are small and super soft, creaky as well, you liked it or not :) We did buy an air-bed @Decathlon so our kids could sleep well in their own space. Nothing better than a good night rest.
During our holiday the oven was broken, they told it when we arrived. For us this was a bad thing as we wanted to bake a cake for my daughters birthday as well to bake fresh buns for lunch every day.
Very positive point is the private parking space behind a gate, there is space for 2 cars. If you have an EV, then it is good to know there is no option to charge at the holiday home. Though close by (3KM) there are 4 charge points at the local proxy supermarket. (22kw) Or if you prefer supercharger (300KW) you can drive to Verviers about 15 KM and there are several options available.

Beautiful house and very spacious garden, nicer than on the pictures. Complete privacy. Swimming pool fresh, perhaps because it was not very hot outside. Beds bad and dingy bedding. House was dusty and not very clean inside. Host very friendly and helpful.Unfortunately speak very poor English, but with a translation app you come an end.House is very central, you are so in the center of Spa.

It is a very cozy house, tastefully decorated. Beautiful garden and nice pool. Too bad we couldn't use it yet. We found the beds narrow and that was a particular problem for brother and sister who were lying together.
No shower curtain provided, so the water can flow onto the floor. The rain shower in particular is therefore not usable. This also causes drops from the kitchen ceiling. From the looks of the ceiling, this was already an existing problem.
It is located in a beautiful area, which we have used with bicycle and scooter. It was therefore very convenient that there was also a washing machine available.

Beautiful house and lovely (slightly heated) swimming pool, but considerable signs of wear in the house and some overdue maintenance, the kitchen utensils also need to be replaced.
Please note that there is 1 toilet and it is located upstairs.
The owners only speak French or Italian, not English, German or Dutch as the description of Belvilla indicates, but are very friendly.
It is wonderfully quiet at night, the area is also quiet during the day.
The beds sleep well, not hard, perhaps a bit too soft for some.
The garden is quite large with various seating areas, so there are plenty of opportunities to find shade.
For coffee lovers there is a normal and Nespresso coffee machine.
There are also devices available for, among other things, making a sandwich, waffles and toasted bread.
There is an electrically operated gate at the driveway which is nice and the car can safely park on the driveway.
Environment is ideal for walkers, for non-walkers a lot has to be done by car / bicycle.
A nice extra is that the parachutists of Spa skydive jump just above the house.
We definitely recommend the house despite the somewhat minor flaws.

The owners are responsive and correct. Nothing to complain about the exterior of the house, although the photos are not the same as in the description it is quite faithful; numerous seats, deckchairs, robot mower, screen, outdoor hi-fi,... only the BBQ, in our opinion, has had its day. For the interior, operational kitchen, the dishwasher is missing! Compared to the photos, there is no has only one sofa in the living room, it is not enough for 4 adults. The bedding is for us to change urgently. The beds are small, the mattresses uncomfortable. The bed squeaks a lot, we had to put the mattress on the floor. The rooms do not have blackout blinds, so we are woken up very early.. the comforters are not adapted to the size of the sheets or the beds. The bathroom is new and pleasant. Nice little house overall, only the bedding to be deplored.

It is a beautiful house with a beautiful garden. But both deserve maintenance and attention. Everything is outdated, but especially the bed is not to Dutch standard. The windows can now open 3 cm and there is no possibility to darken the bedroom. But despite this enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, everything you need is reachable within a few km. I booked this accommodation for 4 nights at €177 per night. When checking in, the owner indicated that the swimming pool has been closed since September 1 and Belvilla is already aware of this.
Belvilla offered 75 euros in compensation for their 'mistake'. I didn't accept that.
We are very disappointed and our holiday was wasted. We spent a lot of time communicating with Belvilla to find a solution, and this caused even more stress and disappointment due to Belvilla's misleading bookings.

The house is located in a quiet area with lots of greenery, has a beautiful large garden and a private driveway. The garden has several seating areas to relax and enjoy a drink. Inside, the house is smaller than the photos suggest. The beds in the bedrooms are narrow for 2 people (140 * 200), the beds creak with every movement and mattress / pillows need to be replaced. morning. The curtains in the bedrooms are hung in such a way that the windows cannot be opened. The bathroom is quite modern with a double sink and a large mirror, unfortunately the mirror hangs very low so that taller people look at their waist. The bathroom also has a rain shower, again watch out for tall people. If you are taller than 1.90m you will not fit under it. Because there is no shower curtain or shower wall, you have to be careful not to spread the water through the rest of the bathroom when you are taking a shower. Water on the bathroom floor will have to be wiped off with a towel because there is no extra drain where the water can go. In addition, you have to be careful in this house that you do not hit your head when you are above 1.80 m, because the doorways are very low (especially doors to the bathroom and bedrooms). The ground floor is cosily furnished, use is made of bonds, rugs and a lot of small knick knacks to create the atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, so you need a little patience before your pans get hot. In principle, the kitchen has everything that is needed, with the added bonus that various spices are already present, as well as coffee and tea.

The cottage and pool looks beautiful on photo. Upon arrival, have to determine that there are still many defects and limitations. A thorough cleaning is at least necessary for both the rooms and the kitchen utensils. The pool is outdated and looked green on arrival. After 4d the color was slightly better but still not swimmable. Very disappointing! No possibility to make it dark in the rooms. so wake up at dawn... ! A toilet in the bathroom is no longer of this time. Especially if you have to pay a hefty price. Little water pressure, which also makes showering less fun. House is located in a residential area, so there was certainly a lot of noise from neighbors on the first evening.

We were there for 5 nights. The situation was very bad. The sleeping bed was very small, the furniture was not good and it made noises when walking. The owners were not nice at all. We were sleeping in the morning and found them in the middle of the house, asking us strange questions. They took the key to close the pool and didn't tell us, and we searched for a whole day. It is useless because it is with them and they did not tell us : They took it with them when they came in the morning to ask us questions and without telling us they would take it? The pool is not heated and it is not clean.
