A very nice, modern furnished house. Everything is there. Air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room. Good beds, 2 spacious bathrooms with shower, bathroom furniture and toilet + 1 extra toilet in the entrance hall. The kitchen is equipped with all modern (new) appliances. Microwave oven, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, everything you can think of to make and serve food. Mixer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker with pads (type Nespresso), colander, cutting boards, cooking pots, pans, ... Sufficient cutlery, plates, cups, jars, glasses, mugs, ...
There is also a beautiful fireplace in the living room (wood is also provided)
Outside there is a beautiful terrace to enjoy a nice breakfast or to play a board game in the evening or to enjoy a snack and a drink. We also had a nice barbecue on the BBQ device.
There is a lovely heated swimming pool. The temperature fluctuated with us between 27 and 29 degrees - great !!!
There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool. A little tip: maybe provide two extra umbrellas - now there is one. The pool was also very clean. Even after our daily swim and this for 14 days.
The petanque court is also very nice to play a game in the evening.
We really enjoyed our holiday in this house. Definitely recommended and perfect for our group (2 couples + 1 daughter aged 17) A small point of attention: For people who are less mobile or with small children, the stairs to reach the pool and the house (via the car park) are a bit dangerous and difficult.

Super location with all modern amenities in a quiet area. The house is perfectly maintained and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. This year a petanque court has been built which is very nice. A few minutes from the center of Olonzac, so every morning delicious baguettes and fresh croissants. Only the stairs to the pool can be improved and even a bit dangerous if you step on them barefoot.

Nothing to complain about. Everything is fine. Pool, everything taken care of, good beds, air conditioning, and so much more. Really a relaxing holiday. You do need a car if you want to explore the villages. We visited Carcassonne, about 45 minutes from Beaufort.

We stayed 2 weeks with a family with 4 children in the holiday home. The house was very clean, the beds were wonderful. The pool was great. The air conditioning was very pleasant. The location and the view were beautiful. The contact with the owner was great. We got answers to all questions very quickly. The only downside was the WIFI, it did not always work and was slow.

What a beautiful house! New, clean, beautiful decor, logical layout and fully equipped. Definitely recommended to book. Located in a quiet rural area where you have to take into account that you will often have to take the car to do things. Unless of course you like cycling or walking in the area. Friendly people in the village itself and the neighboring villages who sometimes speak a little bit of English, but you always work out with each other. We would without a doubt book the same villa next time. Another tip for the owner is that it might be an idea to hang a shade cloth on the terrace at the end of the wooden roof and the railing. This is because it can get quite hot there in the morning and afternoon sun. We have regularly put the parasol under the canopy, but this was quite a fiddling. Perhaps also an idea to put an extra parasol by the pool, so two tips actually ;-)

Super enjoyed, clean and beautiful house! Decorated by a Dutchman and you notice that! fully equipped! clean and spacious pool, very few insects !!! absolutely recommended! only downside is that you can not park your car horizontally.

A fantastic villa .. !! New, spacious and clean with a modern interior. Completely our taste. We spent a lot of time on the veranda enjoying the beautiful view and the sun. Regularly down the stairs for a cooling dip in the pool ... The area is wonderfully quiet, although you are really not in the middle of nowhere. Not everything was perfect, but we are working on it. Novelty .., shall we say. Still, this villa deserves five stars, as far as we are concerned. The chance that we will come back here is certainly there ...

Pros: fantastic luxurious, modern house, equipped with all conveniences, good/extensive inventory, beautiful view, delightful collection of books and DVDs. Tip 1: make the terrace around the pool wider so that the sunbeds can be arranged more easily/spaciously. Tip 2: make the steps around the house narrower, so that the house can also be suitable for older people/people with mobility issues (perhaps also a bit nicer for small children). Had a wonderful vacation, we would love to come back!

Villa with all the necessary luxury, however on arrival we noticed that the cleanliness and hygiene could be a little better. That is why our experience here is rather good instead of fantastic. There is also a problem with the pool; the water is very murky, the cause is unknown and there would be no problem swimming.

We were in the house for the second time after two years. It is still wonderfully located and well equipped. However, some areas could use a refresh. For example, the grout in the bathroom is crumbling. There are only three loungers by the pool for six people, and a sunshade is missing on the terrace. None of this is catastrophic. But for a house in this price range, we would have expected it to be different.
