Michael and Johanna's apartment is stunning, The view of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower from the back is absolutely amazing, The hosts were very attentive and the location is perfect, I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again! 5 stars,

The location of Michael & Johanna's place was ideal for our trip to Paris, They kept in good communication with us and the apartment was extremely clean, The views of the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower from the balconies were stunning, We would certainly stay there again,

Our stay was excellent! In general, the place was exactly as advertised, The location is great and the place is very roomy, We had everything we needed, The hosts were very responsive and communicated well throughout, The only issue was that the space wasn't very friendly for infants or toddlers, The unit could use some repairs, such as the loose heater hanging from the wall and torn curtains in the bedroom, We kept chasing our infant around to avoid any hazards, However, this is mainly an issue for families with children, Otherwise, this is a perfect location,

The location is amazing and extremely spacious for Paris, Johanna is very communicative and responsive, Although we had some problems with the cleaning service, Johanna was polite and responsive, It's hard to find such a great location with so many food options nearby and enough space for 20 people - it's that big,

The location is fantastic with a beautiful view of the Arc De Triomphe, Despite experiencing heavy rain during our stay, our proximity to the Metro 6 line made it a non-issue, There is a well-stocked and reasonably priced supermarket/mini-market just across the street, The apartment is clean, but it looks slightly older and more worn than it does in the photos, That being said, you're still getting your money's worth by staying here, The only downside is that there is a hole in the bedroom wall to allow for ventilation of a stand-alone air conditioner, The hole is covered with a type of plastic material that was quite noisy in the windy weather, However, it did provide insulation against sound, As expected, the area experiences a lot of traffic noise, with cars honking excessively and endless sirens from emergency vehicles, We live in a quiet area, so these noises wouldn't affect someone who is used to living in a noisy environment, I highly recommend this place,
