The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building without elevator and consists of a living/sleeping area overlooking the lake. The kitchen has a counter with stools and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster and espresso machine. The sleeping area is furnished with a queen size bed, two armchairs and a TV. From here guests have access to the bathroom with shower and the beautiful terrace with dining table and sunbeds overlooking the marina and the lake, where they can relax and enjoy outdoor meals.
