The git’anne is ideal for a stay in the Hautes Fagnes. What a joy to dive in the pool and in the jacuzzi after a good hike. Also ideal with teenagers for the cinema room and games. Francoise, who greeted us with a big smile, is super responsive if there is the slightest problem. She gave us lots of walking advice. We highly recommend.

very good experience with this holiday home. elec, oil and water only 400EUR for 1 weekend. The manager had prepared 2 large barrels of stella at our request, the contacts were also very pleasant. Older house but clean and certainly the jacuzzi and pool were very clean.

Lovely house that is fully equipped. Also extra nice that it is an old pub. Make sure you turn off the heating when you go to sleep. That can save you a few 100 euros and is good for the environment;)

This holiday home was a perfect getaway for our family reunion! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals together, We loved having the private pool to relax in after a day of hiking, The location was peaceful, right by the forest, which was great for morning walks

Very much enjoyed the accommodation with a group of friends. Exactly as you would expect to see from the photos. Owner had prepared two casks of Stella Artois, ideal. Only pity was that the wifi did not make it to the cinema so we could not use our chromecast, little thing, there was plenty of other entertainment. Gas, water and electricity cost about €500 for a long weekend.

We have been going on holiday with a number of families during the autumn holidays for several years. This house was really one of the better ones we have had over the years. Especially because the combination of small children and large children is not a problem here. The soundproofing in the house is good + the entertainment area is NOT covered by the sleeping quarters. Ideal if the little kids have to sleep in the afternoon and the teenagers absolutely want to play billiards. For the teenagers, the cinema present was the highlight! They spent several hours here. We found a few minor issues: something is wrong with the electricity. After inserting 2 gourmet sets, all electricity went out. In 1 couple everything stayed on. We couldn't get the fitness equipment to work. There was no manual and the seating area of 2 devices could not be moved. The jacuzzi was not working properly.

Everything was there to make it a great week, even with the bad weather. We are sorry that the fitness equipment is not functioning. Please note that with the final bill you will be charged for electricity, fuel oil and water ... also the number of garbage bags and coffee pads used are charged ... in the end you still have to pay around € 600 for that utility, which is quite high. But all in all I cannot complain and all my guests had a very pleasant holiday in the most beautiful region of the Ardennes.

Arrival was good. Of the 15 parking spaces, only 5 turned out to be. The concierge was very friendly. He immediately solved the problems. The house itself was in good condition and clean, but outdated. But everything you need is there. Too few deep plates for the number of people. Too few glasses of the same type. The utilities at checkout are quite high, please mention this on the site.

Very nice, only the sitting room uncomfortable. The bedrooms are excellent, but there is little pressure if you want to take a shower and the special shower did not work. The environment is nice and not too crowded

Family stay at the end of August at Git’anne. We were made to feel welcome on our arrival. The cottage is spacious, the pool sauna jacuzzi area is very good. The games room is well equipped unfortunately the fitness equipment is old and most don't work at all. Several light bulbs no longer worked. The cinema room is fun. The living space lacks a cozy lounge area (this one is in a separate room near the pool, quite impersonal, and we have never been there) the kitchen is well equipped except for the wine glasses : there were only 5 or 6, some, microscopic .. we had to buy some, the vacuum cleaner works very badly.:. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, but there is virtually no storage for clothes. The cottage is well located for walks but it is by the side of a busy road, the rooms in front are therefore noisy (could not sleep with the windows open)

It's a nice home but for the price you do not expect that much more costs will be incurred on the day you leave the house. The pool and jacuzzi is definitely a pre, but the house faces it's far away from luxury.

Was a lot of piece such as shower heads, the jacuzzi, the pillow filters only when the bubbles are off in the pool, the drain was broken. The TV was very unclear and it was still snowing. There were several boxes in bios that didn't work. The crockery was insufficient. Not cleaned in the kitchen and bedrooms. Armchairs are worn out beds too soft dishwashers not suitable for 15 people. Door ground floor to sanitary hinge piece. Lamps are missing or broken throughout the house. Photo on the site does not correspond to reality, no fitness equipment available. We have had a nice week all in all. Upon arrival everything was still dirty, everything was full of flies, the spaghetti sauce was still in the jars and against the kitchen cupboard. The curtains in the bedrooms were almost all loose. The house is really outdated the settlement costs are very high! The jacuzzi and sauna are also old and not working properly. For this price you expect that at least everything is in order! Lucky that the environment is great.
