Location / surroundings:- Great location, near Ardèche. - Beautiful, south-facing swimming pool - Fully fenced garden - Pet(s) allowed (rare!) - Quietly located; no traffic. In the evening and very occasionally in the afternoon, there is some noise from the adjacent Soleil Vivarais campsite (entertainment between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.), but not disturbing. For the early and sensitive sleepers: bring earplugs. - Many activities in the area: sailing, sup, canyoning, accrobranche, etc. You can book all these activities at Cap07 around the corner. Great area also for walking/cycling. - For cycling tourists: quiet, well-maintained roads. I also noticed the courtesy of most French drivers towards cycling tourists (keep your distance, wait to overtake until there are no oncoming traffic,…). “Des monts d'Ardèche” are great for the experienced cyclist. Equipment of the house: - Well equipped, well maintained and very spacious holiday home; - 4 bedrooms with air conditioning + a sofa bed in the living room - Utility room with 2 refrigerators, washing machine - Kitchen with loads of kitchen utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kitchen robot, etc ... - No WiFi and the mobile data is slow (at least the one from SFR that is offered via Telenet). Warm welcome and good accessibility of the host. He does not live near the door, so asks to arrive at the requested time slot. We stayed there from 6 to 20 August 2022 and had a very pleasant stay. I would have liked to stay there.

We had a pleasant time at this villa in Sampzon, The location is quite peaceful, making it easy to relax and recharge, The house was clean and equipped with all the essentials, We appreciated the proximity to Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, where we explored some charming local shops and restaurants, While we didn't use the pool as much as we thought we would, it was a nice option to have, Overall, a solid choice for a quiet getaway

Spacious house, well received by owner. Air conditioning is definitely a plus. Kitchen and kitchen utensils spacious and good enough to cook.Huis is located between 4 campsites but not bothered by it, you can "enjoy the music in the evening, certainly not disturbing. Ardèche nearby, ideal for a dog to refresh. Shop nearby, with everything you need.You can also eat in the campsite's restaurants, it is busy.Pizza pick up is also possible.Bister further Bistrot du Rocher is quieter and also within walking distance.Location is very good to explore the neighborhood, many nice villages and walks in the area (we had a dog at).Garden well fenced for hond.Zwembad is zame.Wij were with 2 + hond.Met 6 you can eat outside, more is not possible, while there is sleeping space for 8.

Pleasant spacious house (more spacious than the photos suggest) in a dead end road.

Between a few campsites, where we personally did not experience any noise nuisance. Music and animation of the campsites was not too loud to sleep eg.

Located next to the kayak rental, so ideal for a trip to the Pont d'Arc.

Very pleasant that there is air conditioning for the warm nights and to stop the extremely numerous mosquitoes.

Furniture and others very complete, but somewhat outdated.
