A lovely villa with several floors and its own private pool, ideal for small families, consisting of 2 bedrooms, good beds and the kitchen is equipped with different types of coffee machines and an oven and dishwasher. the living room has only 1 air conditioning, so it is very hot in the bedrooms, now you will say I open the windows but then you get mosquitoes or other vermin inside and that is no fun. So preferably mosquito nets and/or air conditioning in the bedrooms. Furthermore, it is a top house in a great location near the large Mall and if you go to the coast, we recommend Javea / Xabia less than half an hour's drive and you have a choice of restaurants, our favorite is Lungo Mare on the beach in short, we had an ideal holiday, it was exactly 10 years ago that we first came there, the same villa and restaurants.

We had a wonderful week in a house that was very complete with good beds, sanitary facilities, and certainly not unimportant, the air conditioning. We also enjoyed the spacious private pool. The welcome by Thomas with information was great.

Prior to arrival we had great good contact with Thomas and with good news that we could check in for what was perfect for us, definitely a very nice lovely home owner. After reading the reviews about the address, we were well prepared and was easy to find thanks to google streetview! The location of the villa was perfect for us! The view is beautiful and the surroundings were also very beautiful! We want to come back here next year!

Good and friendly welcome by Thomas. The house is equipped with all necessities. Swimming pool with outside shower is fantastic. (Deep and large) Private parking on site. Buy the anti-mosquito spray on Thomas's advice and the holiday can be enjoyed carefree. (Our anti-mosquito agents did not work) We were two people for this, the house was extremely suitable. Small family also seems fine to us. Other composition such as two couples seems less suitable to us given only 1 bathroom with toilet.

The house was difficult to find, because the actual entrance is in another street. Mr. Thomas has guided us by telephone to the house. He is very friendly and speaks fluent English. He is very helpful and the reception was also very hartelijk.Het house itself is in order, we have no comments. In this period of the year it's just a shame that the terrace is in the shade. For us, this is yet another wonderful holiday with Belvilla.

Warmly received by Thomas. also appeared later in the week very helpful when we had no hot water. Turned out to be too little sun for solar collectors, a phone call and it was fixed. Stunning location and views, quite to the edge of a (peaceful) residential area and good base for trips to Valencia and Alicante. Clean and fine house, good wifi and all other amenities. Always need a car for shopping. A tip replace the baking pans for frying there is no egg nog.

Prima cottage. Pool is nice deep. The cottage has 4 boxspring beds (1 room upstairs and basement), these are not suitable for heavier people i.v.m. back. However, also 1 bedroom with a good double bed, suitable for everyone. Air conditioning is a huge pre. Thomas handling is good. Had a nice time Only a little bit of noise The noise of the fridge makes quite a bit of life, the shower of the shower is constantly drowning, and occasionally when you sit on the terrace, the airco seems to rise a bit, and after that I also have Thomas passed. But that should not push the fun anymore. 5-minute shopping center offers everything you need to eat at home. Denia and Xabia offer beautiful surroundings and delicious restaurants. Valencia and Alicante are an hour's drive away. Top so

Beautiful, crackling house with beautiful views, good air conditioning and a super swimming pool. Xabia, Denia and of course Valencia are recommended. Good and not great because the mattress was a lot of replacement and the promised bikes have to be repaired first.

We arrived in the dark, so there wasn't much to see along the way. After contacting the manager it was agreed that I would call when I landed and that way. If necessary, I would call again if I could not find the villa. On arrival he was already waiting, and we were greeted very warmly. "In the morning it turned out what a beautiful view we had, and how wonderfully quiet it was around the villa. It turned out to be a wonderful base for our trips, because you could get inside minutes in all directions.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Belvilla by OYO! The kids loved the private pool, and the beach was just a short drive away, The villa was spacious and beautifully designed, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the nearby hiking trails

Close to everything like the center, shopping, and the sea. Downsides upon arrival: the washing machine was broken, which they replaced 4 to 5 days after arrival (no problem), and some items like cleaning supplies to keep everything tidy in the meantime were missing. Otherwise, everything was great, friendly host. Also, a bit more privacy in and around the house would be nice (personal opinion), but we had good neighbors, so that was a plus. Overall, the house was found in a clean state except for the cabinets inside, which were not so great. A small detail. Overall, well-located accommodation with a friendly welcome and good lodging, plus a nice pool with about 2m depth at the back and approximately 1.20m at the front. Nice stay, and we will definitely come back!

The house itself is good, everything is there what you need. Except that we had the misfortune that the dishwasher was broken (already on the 3rd day after arrival) and it was no longer repaired. This was replaced, but only after we left. So 2 weeks of washing dishes, we found that to be a serious disadvantage. Furthermore, there was not a central point for your waste nearby. As a result, we were always at home with our waste. Our contact person did pick it up once, but those are inconveniences that you do not want to be confronted with during your holiday.

The price-quality ratio was not in balance: the house was minimally and cheaply furnished and certainly not cozy. The kitchen needed replacing years ago. We were there in early spring; then there is hardly any sun in and around the house. We were disappointed. Shame. However, the neighborhood was quiet and Denia and its surroundings are well worth a visit. Housekeeper Thomas was very helpful and friendly.

Just read my experience and judge for yourself if it fits for you. I write here my experience to help others better find what suits them. - I won't recommend this house IF you would like to use the kitchen or the washing machine intensively. The kitchen has low-quality appliances (in particular, the refrigerator works very loudly and unusually long; the dishwasher is simply BAD and cannot be relied on for clean dishes...; the clothes washing combo (machine and hanging) is extremely old and partly rotten; the cooking surfaces are BAD and old, with no precise control of heat, and some levels don't even work...). You need real knives for cooking, clean surfaces,... To cook pasta once in a while and heat a prepared tomato sauce it's just fine. Not more. - The mattresses are below low level (in one of the rooms with 2xsingle beds the mattresses bend in after 30 minutes!, next morning not very happy...). - The rooms are poorly ventilated and don't feel fresh -- and my previous guests may have smoked (which is, by the way, forbidden!). + The rooms can be made completely dark. + The bathroom is good. + The very friendly service of the man on-site made things easier (thanks a lot Thomas!). + The swimming pool looks gorgeous indeed, it's big (long). Since we relied strongly on the kitchen, washing machine, and good (better high!) quality of sleep (fresh rooms and at least good/excellent mattresses) we were disappointed. If we can get these three next time, we may revisit.

The accommodation was nicely situated with a terrace overlooking the sea. In a quiet area near the village of Pedreguar. The house was fully equipped, aircon in the living room which also gave two bedrooms some cooling if you left the doors open. The salt downstairs has no air conditioning and is hot. Pool is beautiful, plenty of sunbeds / chairs available and an outdoor shower. Kitchen with all amenities, dishwasher, grill and washing machine. Nearby is the nice coastal town of Denia. We had a wonderful week there.
