We stayed in this accommodation for a week in July 2021. This is a beautiful domain with a wonderful view. It is also ideally located to explore beautiful Tuscany with Firenze, San Gimignano and Siena nearby. The apartment is also very spacious and certainly sufficient for 4 people. However, on arrival we were slightly disappointed because there was no "private terrace" at our apartment. We could use 1 of the 3 tables on the lawn in front of the entrance to our apartment, but this was not what we expected based on the photos. Since our apartment was located on the second floor, we had to take everything up the stairs. to bring it down, which is not ideal if you want to eat outside. The terrace seemed reasonably shielded in the photos and close to the kitchen, which was the deciding factor for us to book this stay. Too bad this turned out not to be the case. The description states that the interior of the apartment can differ, and that was absolutely no problem for the inside of the apartment. But you do expect the same basic layout, of course. The kitchen was very minimally equipped. There was no potato knife, large pan to cook pasta for 4 people or to find salt and pepper. It was also mentioned in the description that there is a village 100m away, which turns out not to be the case. Not major problems in itself, but the expectations you create when reading the description do not match what you get and what you think you have booked, which causes some disappointment on arrival. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay here because it is wonderful to stay outside by the pool with a beautiful view and the owners are also very friendly. So in itself certainly not a bad stay, only the description could be a bit clearer so as not to create wrong expectations.
