We had a very nice time in our house. The house was lovingly and appropriately furnished. The premises for 4 people generous. A big compliment to the landlady who spoiled us with their hospitality. The terrain was well maintained and extremely clean. The pool with its shady spots and its ambience first class. We can recommend the domicile at any time without restriction.

Super hospitable reception by dear hard-working people. They do everything to make their guests feel comfortable. The accommodation looks fantastic, with a beautiful garden and a lovely swimming pool. Everything neatly maintained. Optionally you can make use of a delicious breakfast with homemade cakes, pizza evenings homemade by Claudia (the lady of the house) or a course by Claudia given yourself pasta and pasta) The location is wonderfully rural at the bottom of the nice town of Lucignano where you You can also visit the beautiful rolling countryside with its beautiful cypresses, wine / olive groves and picturesque small towns by taking off the motorways. The larger cities such as Florence, Siena and Arezzo are between half an hour to one and a half hour drive.

A lovely spacious and beautiful apartment in a picturesque, typical Tuscan setting. Mostly received. The gardens around the complex are beautifully maintained. The pool is top! We had not realized that we would see and hear our neighbors thought to have a little more privacy and outdoor space, but thanks to the wisdom of these people, one kept in mind! It was absolutely no objection. Furthermore, almost everything was thought inside and outside. An absolute must! Lucignano is also worth a visit.

We stayed 1 week from June 10, 2017 and stayed at Noceto. Spacious and very clean apartment. It's nice that there are also horrors in the windows. Beautiful accommodation. Large and nice swimming pool. Good central location for visiting various beautiful cities in Tuscany. Very nice welcome and guidance by owners Claudia and husband. Claudia speaks fairly English. Enjoyed self-made wine and limoncello. Only downside was that the picture looks like you're sitting under the roof in the yard, while in practice you're still close to the neighbors of the Roseto apartment (especially if you're in the shade) Sit and see and hear each other.After a good price / quality ratio, despite the very warm weather enjoyed during this period.

This beautiful farmhouse is located near Lucignano. A medieval-looking village. This 4 person "Belvilla" is very clean and complete. A perfect base to discover all the beauty of Tuscany. You shouldn't miss it in comfort and comfort, partly due to the good care of hostess Claudia and her husband.

A beautiful location, well-kept garden and well-maintained apartment. Friendly owners who keep everything neatly organized. Never knew that a BBQ would be neatly cleaned up the next morning. Cutlery could be a bit more and I also missed a fireproof dish. The disadvantage is that you need a car to do the shopping, also for the purchase of a fresh bread for your breakfast. Distance to Lucignano is not that far, but still if you were to go on foot, quite a climb at times.

Well received on arrival, Claudia was a bit rushed. Unlike what was on the site, breakfast was not an option. Accommodation clean and what was really nice was that the BBQ was cleaned after use by the owners. Also nice was the air conditioning (or additional payment). Privacy when you sat outside was a bit less, but not experienced as a problem.

Located in a beautiful area of ​​Tuscany, hilly. The accommodation itself was in the inhabited world, not afterwards. It was a beautiful area that is very well maintained. The reception was warm. Claudia speaks good English, Andrea but is the kindness herself. Apartment was well appointed, not modern but good, complete and everything works. For longer stays, it is nice that there is a washing machine in the apartment.

Excellent holiday apartment, very spacious and with great amenities. There are four apartments in 1 building but there is a lot of privacy, it almost feels like you have your own house. Everything is provided inside and outside tip-top. There is only no TV, but we found no objection. You can sit outside and the view of Lucignano against the hills is beautiful. Also the swimming pool is great when we were there it was still cold but it is big and it is very nice and sheltered with various sun loungers and seats. The proprietor, Claudia, speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. It is very central, you can easily reach surrounding places like Arezzo and Siena and in the apartment there is also a lot of information about it. Really recommended!

Very nice and welcoming. Apartment is well cared for, clean and thought of everything, t / m First aid suitcase stand. Private garden with barbecue which to our surprise the next morning was cleaned for us. Beautiful zwembad.Zou definitely recommend it to friends. Near Lucignano which has some good restaurants. Restaurante La Maggiolata is recommended for high good quality / price ratio. Restaurant La Rocca certainly very good but expensive restaurant Zenzero next supermarket, do not be put here by the structure / appearance here you eat a delicious menu (taken the red menus) with regard to the different flavors on your plate for a nice price € 32.00 and is really good.

We were the first two weeks of September. The house is superb, large garden for yourself and apartment pool was very nice for us with a little girl. House is equipped with every luxury, owners are very friendly and helpful. Villages / towns around very beautiful to go.

Located near Lucignano in the heart of Tuscany, Apartment Noceto offers a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. This charming cottage is just a short drive from Arezzo, Siena, Florence, and even the region of Umbria, making it an excellent base for cultural day trips. Furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, the home provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for up to 4 guests, complete with WiFi and air conditioning.
The house is enveloped by a spacious garden filled with fruit trees and offers scenic views over the rolling Tuscan hills. Guests can relax by the shared, fenced swimming pool or enjoy al fresco meals under the gazebo. A barbecue area, garden furniture, and a partially fenced private space create the perfect setting for laid-back evenings. The owners, who live on-site, maintain the barbecue daily and are happy to offer warm hospitality year-round.
Inside, the home features a cozy living room with a decorative fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds), and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
