These detached villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.

You'll have a nice living room with underfloor heating and an open kitchen with several appliances at your disposal. On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms, each with two single beds. There also is one bathroom. Upstairs there are another four bedrooms, three of which with two single beds and one children's room with a nice theme and a bunk bed. This bedroom is really something special for the kids. There are another three bathrooms upstairs. The bedrooms, except for the children's room, features two single box-spring beds, some in a two-person set-up. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.

Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

2026: The swimming pool is closed from 12.01 to 18.01.2026 due to renovation work.
2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.

Fantastic beautiful large house, 14 persons. We were there with 7 people for a price of € 600. Cochem is a nice village, good food with local Greek. Pool is less, just a sound box when you are inside. For the exhaustion of a dog you have to leave the park. Good beds.

Cottage for 10 people is very spacious. Unfortunately, the kitchen is too small for 10 people. Think of fridge, freezer, stove with 4 burners, few pans.

It is a comfort house, unfortunately the technical service had to come for various comfort items because they do not work (properly).

Everything was good is nothing to criticize park, house was fine What we did miss in the accommodation was the pool, especially if you have 4 children aged 17,15,14 and 3years with you and happen through the Corona it has not only led to limitations elsewhere, but also elsewhere
