We stayed here in April and alas it rained quite a bit. Fortunately, this house lives up to our expectations and allowed us to have a good stay despite that, perfectly consistent with the description and the photos, it is very beautiful, very well equipped, perfectly maintained and very comfortable with its two bathrooms. bathroom and its access to the terrace from one of the bedrooms. The view of the castle and the mountain from the garden under the chirping of birds is very beautiful. I recommend this vacation home!

We were kindly received by the owner with some tips for what to do in the area. There was a nice welcome package with local products ready for us and there are countless books and brochures about the region. The house itself is cozy and cozy on the outside and inside, as in the photo. The area is beautiful and there is a lot to do. We mainly went for hiking and you can do that to your heart's content in the Cantal. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, otherwise you actually need a car. The N122 that goes through the village is an advantage and a disadvantage. The advantage is that you are fairly fast everywhere. The disadvantage is that it is still a fairly busy road, the house itself is fortunately just far enough away. The facilities, full kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortable beds, a garage, nice garden, roof terrace, all top!

The holiday home is beautiful, characteristic and cozy. It has sufficient equipment and is remarkably spacious. The garden is beautiful and spacious enough to spend with children. The house is free and in a beautiful, mountainous environment. It is a good base for day trips to romantic villages and castles in the area, to hikes in the mountains and to good restaurants. The owner makes a warm welcome and informs you during the stay how things are going. He is friendly and helpful. We heartily recommend this holiday home.

The holiday home is authentic. That has its charms and for some a single limitation. The holiday home has many amenities, especially in the kitchen. The ground floor has this kitchen with impressive fireplace on one side and a seating area on the other side. Via a fairly steep staircase is the upper floor accessible with spacious landing, 4 beautiful bedrooms, separate bathroom, shower room and 2nd toilet. The keyholder lives nearby, maintains contact, but is not too emphatically present. The area is beautiful for nature lovers and people who appreciate old villages. There are beautiful walks to make in the many green and with beautiful views because of the many considerable differences in level. At a reasonable distance there is even a ski area.

We were very kindly received by the owner who went out of his way to tell us as much as possible about home and environment. Also came back in the middle of the week to ask if everything is satisfactory. Nice old house with thick walls and shutters. We were here during the heat wave in June where the temperature outside rose to 39 degrees but the house remained pretty cool. Fully furnished. Beautiful area for cycling and walking. Fence is good and therefore the garden is ideal for small children and pets. Lots of privacy.

We have seen beautiful things in the area, but there were a number of things against it, such as the weather and many restaurants were either closed or there was no cook present. The garden is perfect for dog owners: completely fenced, so our dogs had complete freedom. The seat is in dire need of replacement. Normally we do not suffer from this, because we "usually sit outside in the evening during the holiday. But at 9 degrees and rain that is not recommended. The manager is very sweet and solves any problems asap.

Owner was waiting for us. Very helpful. Wifi didn't work in the beginning. Friends were called in to solve the problem. Cottage was ok but no cozy lighting. A paradise for hikers. Places were not very inspiring.

We know Auvergne this is not our first stay. Auvergne is always pleasant.
The rental is perfect. I wouldn't say the same about your site, you are a bit expensive and in too much of a hurry to recover your money, not enough benevolence with the customer. The owner is satisfied with your services, that's the main thing

The house was very dark inside so you always had to turn on the light, especially in the kitchen is very bad light. Furthermore, the garden is dry and barren and poorly maintained. The upper floor is as desired with spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In terms of environment, you always have to take the car out. Not many hiking possibilities from the house. The supermarket is within walking distance so that was nice.

We had a problem the first evening: A room was invaded by wasps. We asked the owner to do what was necessary. Someone in my family is allergic to bites. He was not enthusiastic about bringing in a company. After "complaining" a company came by. There were 2 huge wasp nests on the roof of 2 bedrooms.

Overall, the cottage is poorly maintained: garden overgrown with plants; only one deck chair (there were 3 of us and the cottage is a priori for 6 people...), kitchen cupboards that smell bad, sofa with stains , barbecue not cleaned.
On the other hand, correct sanitary facilities (bathroom; toilet); comfortable bedding. But problem with the parquet floor on the 1st floor: noisy as a merchant.
I also wanted to tell you that I tried to contact Belvilla by telephone (using the number to call France)..... The person who answered only spoke English and German!! very unpleasant when you only spoke French.
This is the first time I've made a Belvilla reservation; not sure if I'll repeat it.

I have two weeks of Maison Bleue out (about 650 m) made cycling. Was important to avoid the Route Nationale because you feel unsafe between the car "s. The other, sometimes quite steep, roads are fine, and perform to the surrounding plateaus (ca. 1000 m) with fantastic views of the Cantal and the volcanoes of the Puy-de-Dôme. Lots of animal husbandry, for the Cantal cheeses. Very nice is that the car can stand now. in the garage of the house The house is an old farm house, with thick walls, what is the house completely renovated with modern neat, clean, sleek design. Modern bathroom, shower room and kitchen inside keeps cool. within with all appliances. The TV has so "n 20 French channels. There is no DVD player and no WIFI. 3G does have a strong signal for mobile internet. Moderately large supermarket is 3 km. Hyper-marche "s at 17 km. Aurillac.
