The property is in a very quiet location. There is nothing to complain about in terms of the facilities and it corresponds exactly to the property description.
The landlord is very nice and showed us everything and explained it to us in detail.
An absolutely peaceful property. Here you can completely let go and relax. Also ideal for families with children, as you can see the entire pool from the terrace.

Due to the arrival of the ferry in Palermo, we arrived at the holiday home very late. However, the check-in went wonderfully. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The holiday home had everything one needs. The property, including the pool, was very clean. The location amidst plantations made it quiet. Therefore, it didn't bother anyone that our dogs barked occasionally and had their fun. We had a wonderful time relaxing, were in the pool every day, and grilled in the evenings.

We had a very nice holiday in this villa. Det startede med en varm varm velkomst af ejeren. Han picked us up from the easy to find Penny Market and brings you to the villa and starts explaining everything of the villa and the nearest village of Florida. Everything was well organized. At the villa everything was clean and working. Outside there is a lot of space to relax and to swim. We were lucky that the fruits on the tree were ripe and very tasty.

The contact with the owner went very well.Quietly situated house with a beautiful view. House is fine only the shower is a little tight but that should not spoil the fun compared to all other benefits. Nice pool, lovely porch, just enjoy! Car is recommended. To be repeated.

Arrival went very well. The pictures on the website of Belvilla show exactly what you get.Little bathroom size is shown in the photos, no air conditioning but also no fly windows so you can not open anything to cool down without letting the mosquitoes in. For the rest a nice nice house and Andrea, the owner, is really a top guy. We had to regularly harass him due to circumstances (he had nothing to do with jet stay) and he always helped us as well as possible.

Contacts with the owner went well prior to arrival, agreed at the parking lot at a grocery store in Floridia. Was nice because of the location of the holiday home in rural area with many citrus trees. Holiday home met the expectations, nice spacious garden with swimming pool. Shower / toilet was indeed tight as indicated in previous comments. We really enjoyed the pool because it was already pleasant in terms of temperature. Syracuse, very beautiful city, easily accessible at about 15 kilometers. We also enjoyed trips to other places in the area like Noto and Modica and the breakfasts on the terrace with fresh bread from Amato bakery from Floridia.

The reception by Andrea is perfect and he speaks English well. The house is secluded between olive and citrus trees. It is almost impossible to find without Andrea. Without exaggerating luxury it is a great accommodation with the pool as a big plus. There is plenty to do and see in the area, but it is also not a punishment to spend a day at your own pool.

We had a fantastic stay at Belvilla by OYO Villa Floridia! The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it perfect for our family getaway, The kids loved the private pool, and we enjoyed barbecuing in the garden, It's also conveniently located near restaurants and shops in Florida, just a short drive away, Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing vacation!

The mattresses of the single beds really need to be replaced. Unfortunately, we did not receive new ones during our 10-day stay, even though we reported it after just one night. The bathroom, with a mini-shower, and the pots and pans set also urgently need to be updated. Aside from this, it is a beautiful estate, quiet and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the pool, the garden, and the barbecue.

The welcome by the manager, Andrea, was exceptionally friendly. He is also very helpful. The house is located very far from civilization. It is NOT near Syracuse but NOT near Floridia. It's a good home if you are satisfied with all the residents in a small and limited bathroom. The pool is fine and there is WiFi in and around the house.

We were well received the keys and the owner took us to the house. This was necessary because only we never found it. The house was really beautiful with everything on it. Even a washing machine and ironing board. The only downside was the bathroom. Which was very small and the shower flooded within 30 seconds already. But just as our Dutch standards put aside and heck it was doing. The pool really beautiful and a lot of privacy.

We have in this house spent a week in early May, with our two adult daughters. The house is in a large, enclosed, beautifully landscaped gardens and surrounded by citrus groves (every morning freshly squeezed juice of the numerous windfalls). Inside it is compact but functional (more than four persons not recommended) and set out well, with shaded terraces and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue (not used) .The house is very quiet, about 5 km from the town of Floridia, with a good range of shops and restaurants. On the beach in Fontane Bianche you in fifteen minutes, Syracuse in half an hour, Noto and Catania (airport) in an hour. Possess a car is essential for this huis.De owner, Andrea speaks good English, gave travel tips and helpfulness was herself.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Floridia Siracusa. Beautiful cottage with beautiful garden and swimming pool, outdoor kitchen. Surrounded as fruit trees where we could harvest every morning, really a pleasure. Owner was very helpful and had many good tips. From Floridia there are enough to make day trips to beautiful towns, villages and nature reserves. Overall highly recommended. We love to come back here again.

But just to tell good. Before departure already had contact with the owner to arrange. Nothing much but useful, as would later prove ... The house was in a quiet environment. Between lemon plantations. In other words, just rest !!! And yet, the village is nearby. All within a rerdelijk berijk. All shops, bars and resto 's within a reasonable berijk (2-3 km). Siracusa is only 15km, with all its culture and glory. Natural Pantalica is so to speak around the corner. Raguza, Modica and Noto, with their surfeit of culture, plausibly distance ... and beautiful beaches with all facilities within a radius of 20km. In addition, a warm welcome and efficient service ... In short, the golden formula for a dream and be in that house !!!

This villa in Syracuse is perfect for a family with kids wanting to spend a relaxing holiday in fresh countryside air in the typical Mediterranean maquis. A private swimming pool surrounded by a sunny terrace makes sure you unwind at this villa. A family or group of 6 people can be accommodated here. Florida is just 6 km away, and you will get restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, and other facilities as well. If you want to swim at the beach, it is a short drive away. Tip from the houseowner
The lovely student town of Catania is 55 km away. From here, you can clearly see the island's largest volcano, Mount Etna. It will take you two hours to drive to this enormous volcano, where you can take a tour, with or without a guide, or you can admire it from a cable car. Floridia has one of the most beautiful coastlines in Sicily. You will spend a lot of time in the clear blue sea or on the beach. Supermarket, bakery and small restaurant are 2 km away.
