The cottage had a quiet location and is spacious, very spacious. It was a bit cool for swimming. There is plenty to do in the area, but you can also have fun at the house itself. The outdoor kitchen was a nice addition.

Just back from a week in Le Sanglier, beautiful villa with everything on and on ... spacious and clean swimming pool with fantastic views of the surroundings for free. Nice neighbors (2 ponies) and butterflies of all colors and scents. Be sure to cross the track when you leave the villa and take the footpath in the woods down, where I was lucky enough to be face to face with a deer ... we will definitely be back. Wen, sven and kids ...

A great holiday home with all the trimmings, a beautiful pool and a great view from the terrace. In the area is a lot to discover, nice villages, markets, castles, nature, ... We have here in short had a very nice holiday.

We had a pleasant stay at the villa, The amenities were great, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, The location is pretty convenient for exploring local attractions, especially the historical sites, It was a bit hard to find initially, but worth it!

We booked this villa for a quick escape from the city, and it did not disappoint, It was peaceful and had a lovely country feel, We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and relaxing in the garden, Would definitely come back!

The house is a bit difficult to find, because it is located in an inconspicuous side street. Once you have found it, you are first impressed by the location on a hill, from where you have an unobstructed view of other hills. The orientation of the house lets beautiful sunsets experience. The house has a well furnished terrace with adjoining pool which even has a countercurrent system. The reception was considered bad, as it did not take place. The owner lives in the Netherlands and therefore there is only one safe with the house key. In the fridge but a bottle of wine and mineral water were ready. The equipment is good. Only a good frying pan, which can be used on the induction stove, was missing us. A new value, which should be suitable for induction, did not work. There was then only a rather shabby old pan. There is satellite television, with which all German programs can be received. Unfortunately, there is no channel list. Many CD's with music for every taste and a DVD player with movies are also available. The house is obviously in Dutch hand, so there are no German films. The distances to important places like Perigueux, Sarlat or Bergerac are relatively low. For good food you have to drive something. A good recommendation is the restaurant Moulin De Surier near Beaumont.

Nice house, looks clean and tidy. Unfortunately, there is no table or trunk rack in the bedrooms for luggage. We booked for 3 people. Unfortunately, only 3 beds made up of which one double bed on one side, which looks unhygienic (bare mattress, molton, pillow and duvet). Access to swimming pool between terraces and swimming pool is a rough edge of pebbles, a trip was better.

This villa lived up fully to our expectations, beautiful views, lovely quiet, nice pool, good contact with the owner. The area has plenty to do, caves, places visit, beautiful nature. Pity the 2nd week the weather was bad, so we can no longer enjoy the pool. Nothing but praise for this accommodation.

A beautiful place, beautiful house, well kept, friendly welcome and good, relaxed contact with the owner! Beautiful towns and attractions. Great for us and even the dog enjoyed the hot liberty around the house.

We stayed in "Le sanglier" in August 2015. Beautiful modern house with all comforts. The breathtaking view is a huge plus for this still somewhat secluded house. The location is on top of a steep hill, which makes it ideal for relaxation. Great for small children is that there are pebbles lying between the terrace and the pool, so they are not on their bare feet to be able to walk to the pool. In this way, we were nonetheless reassured that with our 1 year old capon. Sanglier is ideal for those who love peace. It was 100% what we were looking for in a vacation. Recommended! We will be back ...
