We have rented this house before and were happy to return this time. The location is fantastic, near the beach but also as a perfect base for a day of shopping in Knokke, bird watching in the Zwin, an aperitif in one of the beach pavilions or culinary delights in Cadzand's top restaurants. You can enjoy cycling or walking through the dunes and the par 3 golf course is also within walking distance. The house itself is spacious and well furnished, with all kitchen utensils, spacious beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower. You can easily park in front of the door and the children can play in the garden or the car-free street. It was for us the 2nd, but certainly not the last time that we came back here. Top!

Very well-kept house with modern, high-quality equipment. Located directly behind the dune (you can walk to the dune within a maximum of 5 minutes). Enjoy the kitchenette with induction cooker, oven, microwave and sufficient equipment for preparing and eating. Large bathroom with open shower. Separate shed for about 4 bicycles

This place is a gem! The villa is nestled in a serene area, perfect for cycling and hiking, We loved visiting Het Zwin nature reserve nearby, The only downside was that we wished for more parking space, but overall, it was a delightful experience and we would love to come back!

We had a fantastic time at this villa, It was decorated really nicely, and I loved the beachy vibes everywhere, We spent hours on the terrace just enjoying the sun, Plus, the nearby nature reserve was stunning for hiking, Would definitely come back for another stay!

Excellent arrival with occasional owner despite being warned at the last minute of a slight delay due to traffic jams. Accommodation clean, good taste and good quality. Bedding of very good quality (except perhaps 2 pairs of pillows too big and too hard) Key handover at the end of the stay also punctual Owner listening, providing on arrival all explanations on the operation equipment, local shops, excursions, etc. and, upon departure, attentive to suggestions for possible improvement of the equipment.Only note about the equipment one of the 3 rooms is too small to contain a wardrobe / closet.It is inconvenient for stays of more than "One or two nights.Also know that in April 2019, the neighborhood was still disturbed by the noise of the nearby construction site for the construction of a new residential complex (Blanke Top) .The noise of construction equipment begins a little early in the morning compared to the calm we want on vacation. The location of the house is fantastic! Cross the road and the dune and you are on the beach! Several beautiful and nice beach bars in the area. Supermarket and restaurants of Cadzand Bad within walking distance. House is nice and big to stay and offers plenty of space. Separating waste, only there is only 1 trash can (with 1 compartment). Here, for the sake of beauty, should be a trash can with 2 or more compartments. Just like the cutting boards that have seen better days. Lack of a bread cutting board is a loss. Furthermore, the equipment was fine and a storage room with space for bicycles. Communication by email with the owner could be a little friendlier. On site communication was good and friendly. Some minor points of attention, but had a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this villa, It was equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, The location is fantastic for both beach access and nature walks, The nearby restaurant by the marina was a real treat, and the Michelin-starred chef did not disappoint!

Great holiday home. Walking distance to the beach ideal with small children to go back to the house. Smooth check-in and check-out. The house has all equipment. Garden no privacy. When all the houses are occupied, it gets very busy. Parking two cars is very tight. We had beautiful weather. Lots of cycling, walking, beach and eating out. What more could a person want.

Neat house within walking distance of the beach and amenities in Cadzand Bad. Everything in the house is brand new and tastefully decorated in a beach atmosphere. The garden could be protected a little better, but since the houses around us were not rented out, there was no privacy issue. Highly recommended for a very relaxed holiday on the Zeeland coast.

We were welcomed by the owner very friendly. A second house key we were allowed on the day of arrival pick him up. It is a nice house with a small terrace and well kept lawn. At the house 2 cars can be parked. The house has a great shower and a practical kitchen. The rooms are bright. The living area is pleasantly flooded with light. We enjoyed it very much. The clean and well-kept beach can be reached with children on foot in a few minutes. The construction site of a nearby hotel was sometimes disturbing. But in the evening and on the weekend was quiet. The small places nearby are always worth a visit. Also, the return of the keys and the delivery of the house went smoothly and friendly. We may come back.

It is a nice large house with modern furnishings, with good wifi. In the living room you look out to the sea (on the wall). From the house you cross a hill to get to the sea. It is currently being built for other accommodations (construction noise).

We booked the "Luxury villa in Cadzand near the beach" because of the location and the amenities advertised. Since we have been going to Cadzand Bad for years during the autumn holidays, we have already tried out one or the other apartment/house. In our opinion, the location of this property is great. Only a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach and yet quite quiet during the autumn holidays. The villa itself is unfortunately not as "new" as stated in the description of the property. This is clearly visible in various places when entering the house. The white staircase and banister are now heavily worn. There are some quirks on the walls, the baseboards in the bathroom and the joints on the sink in the toilet should be renewed. The heating in the bathroom has clear signs of rust, the sofa is dirty and the garden furniture is no longer that attractive. In our opinion, the equipment is okay, but in a "luxurious villa" a hair dryer, grater or e.g. salad servers should be standard. As for the toilets, we missed a hook for a towel in the lower toilet and a sink in the upper toilet. It is inconvenient if one person takes a shower and another wants to go to the toilet upstairs, but cannot wash their hands afterwards because there is no sink in the toilet. Unfortunately, the refund of the deposit did not run smoothly either. We were charged much higher costs than stated in the booking confirmation. We have complained about this and are waiting for an answer...

The arrival was fine, check-in at 4 pm and check-out around 10 am. Villa Zandduin is a stone's throw from the beautiful Cadzand beach. You can walk into the village to the bakery or supermarket. The villa is spacious and neatly furnished. Kitchen was neat and everything was there. Refrigerator is also fine for 5 people and the bathroom is spacious. All in all, a lovely house for a week in Cadzand!

The location of the house is perfect. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. The first impression of the house was also nice. But based on the description, our expectations were high. The accommodation itself cannot be described as luxurious. The sofa was dirty. The toilet lid loose. The legs of the sofa chairs were loose so you didn't want to sit on them. The ceiling light in one bedroom didn't work and the coffee machine also had a fault and only worked to a limited extent. Despite contacting the landlords, the errors were not corrected.

This 3-bedroom villa can accommodate 6 people. Located near the edge of dunes in Cadzand and the beach, it is charmingly decorated with various beach elements and has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and private garden and terrace and free WiFi to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
You can go on cycling and hiking trips from the villa and visit the gorgeous nature reserve of Het Zwin on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium. Dining in a marina in Cadzand with a restaurant from a Michelin-star chef is highly recommended and so is the fashionable spa town of Knokke and the cultural city of Bruges for a nice day out. Restaurants lie close by at 500 m while general supplies can be availed at only 1000 m away from the villa.
You can soak in the sun on the terrace and drink a warm cup of tea in the garden with your family and friends. Parking is available on the premises.
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway, any more cars should be parked elsewhere.
