These semi-detached villas are located in the Cochem holiday resort and were restyled in 2017. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.

You have a living room with floor heating and an open kitchen furnished with appliances. There are two bathrooms, one of which with a traditional sauna. The bedrooms have two single-person box-spring beds, whether or not in a two-person setup. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.

Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

2026: The swimming pool is closed from 12.01 to 18.01.2026 due to renovation work.
2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.

Overall, a great experience, The villa was clean and well-equipped, I particularly appreciated the washing machine, which made our stay much easier, The nearby Ediger-Eller train station was handy for day trips around the area

I loved how spacious the villa was! It’s perfect for families or groups, Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, We had a great time visiting the local wineries and enjoying the beautiful Moselle scenery

This villa near the Moselle is a whole vibe, Love the modern design and cozy setup, The sauna is a major win for chill nights, Super close to Cochem Castle—perfect for some pics to flex on the 'Gram, Plus, outdoor space for hangouts, Definitely would come back

nice spacious house. all necessary materials available. Good sauna. Also many and good facilities at the park such as restaurant, supermarket, etc. Minus is that the park still has little vegetation, probably because it is fairly recent. As a result, there is less privacy with neighbors, especially with regard to the garden terrace

It was OK, the house was functional. Counted cutlery for 4 people. Dishwasher didn't clean the dishes properly. The mattresses on the beds were like hammocks. ... Very dusty under the beds as well as in some corners of the house (there is still a lot of room for improvement). The bathrooms were positive. Outside area and washing machine/tumble dryer and sauna were not used. Food from the food truck, apart from the fries, was a disaster (that's why the restaurant wasn't visited).

Arrival in the coldest week of the year, so far. Property was well warm and clean. Heating in both bathrooms were cold, no window curtain. TD was there soon for the radiators show that you have to warm downstairs to get the radiator on top. So that was open daily despite the cold windows or doors because the floor below was not to keep the underfloor heating was too hot. A curtain for the bathroom window was a bit of a thing, but after making it clear that I really did not want to have a look, a curtain was finally taken from another home. The seating area is very tight for 4 people or a much smaller table needs to be put down.

Dear Sir or Madam, The stay in the booked house began with a floor in the house that was not vacuumed and not mopped. That was then done by us. Upon further inspection, we found that the shower head in the shower room was broken and black mold was present in the joint area. After a message in the office, the shower head was replaced, but the black mold in the shower was not removed. A use of the shower bath was also not possible because of the mold spores. The advertisement stated that it would be a renovated villa. However, everything was old and incomplete. For us, it was a disappointment upon arrival.
