I Fantastic house, everything more than sufficiently available and friendly owner. We were 8 adults and 7 children. More than enough play facilities and a beautiful heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. More than enough activities in the area (hiking, kayaking, etc.). Baker and pharmacy at 500m.
For a supermarket you have to drive (Houffalize or to Roche an Ardenneca.12 km)

We had our company annual kickoff in this extraordinary location. This house is ideal for larger groups, very comfortable and offers everything you need. The kitchen is perfectly furnished. 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, separate wine fridge and much more... We enjoyed the time in the sauna and jacuzzi and had a great stay. The contact with the landlord was very uncomplicated and pleasant. We will be back!!!

Last week we rented a villa for 18 people through Belvilla in Nadrin, Belgium. It was a 100% correct choice. The villa was designed for such a large group. We were welcomed by an extremely friendly owner. When we arrived, all the beds were made and on departure we did not even have to remove them! Glasses, plates, cutlery, all for more than 18 people present, as well as two microwaves, two dishwashers, an electric hob, a toaster for four slices simultaneously, 6 raclet devices. There was an arcade with various games for the youth, air disc table, shuffleboard, pool billiards, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor heated swimming pool, jeu-de-boules court, covered hall with a BBQ, fitness room with four pieces of equipment. It was all there!! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended for those who want to go on holiday with a large group without worries. Everything is there to make it a pleasant stay! Only the fireplace was being repaired during our stay, so we couldn't use it, but this certainly didn't spoil the atmosphere.

We were warmly welcomed by owner Patrick. He took care of the tour and explained (in French) That was difficult. A beautiful house with many possibilities both inside and outside. Here and there some maintenance is required. It offers a nice view and there are various relaxation options (outdoor) in the immediate vicinity.On request, Patrick provided for us, 15 people, an evening dinner, which was fantastic.We have this week end enjoyed delicious and is worth repeating.

Beautiful house, beautiful location and equipped with all modern conveniences, the villa offers a lot of space even for entire families, in our case it was 17 people. You do not have the feeling that you are in each other's way, all bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen offers a lot of space, we have put together dinner one evening, together in the kitchen, went well! The villa is perfectly maintained and very clean. Beautiful house, there is more available than stated in the description. Gourmet set raclette. Basic necessities like pepper, salt, some herbs, and aluminum foil, etc. Nice large house with great relaxation options. The jacuzzi is a bit outdated, the jets don't work, so it's more like a large warm bath with a view. The pool was 30 degrees and covered, so very nice for the kids. The garden is quite sloped, so be careful for those with limited mobility. We enjoyed the place.

We stayed in this really nice house with our family for a few days. Everyone was super excited and there were so many things to do that you didn't even want to go out. Patrick was so nice and made us a BBQ platter for the first evening, which was delicious. Thank you again for that. We will definitely not have been there for the last time.

Went here last weekend with my group of friends. Had a pleasant and pleasant stay. Unfortunately the pool was closed for us. This was also in the fine print, but it was read over. The beds are comfortable and almost every room has its own bathroom. The living room is extremely large with a fantastic breakfast table where you can sit with 18 people. Given our time of year, we were lucky with the weather and we could also sit outside. Outside you will also find all kinds of facilities to make it a pleasant stay. This villa is very interesting for both young and old. We actually had nothing to complain about, only the jacuzzi was a little dirty when we arrived. But we were not the most difficult and cleaned it ourselves. The French owner is sometimes difficult to understand for us as a Dutchman, but gestures go a long way. Had a great stay! Whole nice owner and a fantastic house. We have been to this house for 15 friends and have had a great time. We have rented out at Outdoor center mtb, which is 1 km away from the property. There are 6 bedrooms and a sofa bed and 5 bathrooms, enough space. Baker at 1 min drive, only on one side neighbors and the garden is on the side where there are no neighbors. Beautiful view!

You can also take a dip in the private swimming pool and cool off on a hot day. This accommodation is on a hill and enjoys unobstructed views of the surrounding area.
