What a beautiful house up in the mountains .. We were very kindly received on arrival .. We enjoyed our holiday the children could not get out of the pool .. Everything was well cared for and clean .. There were plenty of towels and beach towels .. The village is also cozy about 5 km from the house .. it is definitely recommended ..!

We have had a top holiday! Francisico was already waiting for us on arrival. And after a friendly English explanation left behind with peace of mind. The house is very well organized. It is clean, tidy, well furnished and really better than on the pictures. The abundance of kitchen stuff and towels are also great! The contact via the owner was super smooth and all questions answered almost immediately. Because of the weather the pool was a bit on the cold side. But that certainly did not stop us from taking some refreshing dives. The outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, BBQ and faucet was ideal and we even managed to bake a successful pizza. Wood was filled every day as well as the cleaning of the pool and waste. If you come for the tourist you are not ideal in Umbertide. Now we did not come for that either. Supermarket and restaurant in 10 minutes are fine! (Golden saloon is recommended) Also the walk to the mountain top is recommended. In short nothing but praise! Had a top holiday.

A very well maintained and clean house. In previous reviews, of course, we read the comment of hornets, but you almost did not! You live in the midst of nature and of course you will come across flies or wasps. If you have questions, you can appease Monica who will arrange everything for you, like us, 10 liters of fresh olive oil. In the meantime, there was a very thorough cleaning of the house, and the beds were showing there were new towels for the pool and the bathroom. All in all, a fantastic house, very beautiful location and down the village all amenities such as restaurants, groceries and sights a stone's throw away.

We were very well received at the villa. The villa is in a stunning location on Monte Acuto 500m hoogte.De villa is super equipped and has a beautiful view, also from the large pool you have a beautiful view of nature - super nice There is a maisonette with BBQ and pizza oven ! The timber is updated daily and the friendly gardener creates a perfect net pool (with salt) .By the height (500m) is slightly cooler than in the valley, making it pleasant Tidens the day but a sweater welcome in the evening. Conclusion fantastic maintained villa in a unique place! Top! (Car is essential)

Super holiday home, is located at a distance of +/- 10 minutes from the supermarket. Almost no problems with vermin (stinging flies, mosquitoes etc.) Just a perfect location if you like peace, everything in the villa and the owners are very nice and want to help everywhere. The cave at the pool is ideal and with the pizza oven we even made homemade pizzas.Al in all a great week, there is in the immediate vicinity not too much to do (Perugia is 40 min. and San Marino at 2 hours).

Totally unproblematic handling on arrival. You could communicate with the responsible person in English. Very friendly and attentive. The house is missing nothing. The equipment is top. Went two weeks there and it was cleaned in the half-time reason. Just the house does not have air conditioning. At 30 degrees in the night it was a torment. But we also have an absolute heat wave there and this temperature is rather untypical in this area. Because of this we can report little about the area. It was too hot to explore.

At the end of this year I have to say that this was a highlight for us. The welcome was very friendly and warm. The house is well cared for, decorated with love and mainly set up to welcome you. For the last day I want to thank the family very much. The children will never forget the pizza baking at the pool.

The house itself is very well-organized, with everything you need available (including washing and wax blocks were present which is rarely the case). At the pool is lovely cottage (cave) with pizza oven and fireplace. Was super cozy with the two storm evenings. Timber is refilled. Fully enclosed so perfect to take the dog and go hiking in the immediate vicinity of one of the many marked trails (pretty hard routes through the hills).

Great location with fantastic pool and good facilities (sunbeds, chairs, umbrella, bbq etc), just how far away from the supermarket and many insects beautiful butterflies, bees, swallows that wonderful fly to eat them, but unfortunately also flies that bite, but the latter still bad. Especially beautiful landscapes, but to see beautiful towns you really need on the road and you're at least an hour on the road.

We had a lovely time. Everything was super organized and if something was missing then the owner was waiting for us 24\/7. The pool was cleaned every morning and wood complemented the pizza oven. One downside is the many horse flies through the adjacent stables.

A beautifully restored house (1608) with all the modern comfort in an idyllic setting. From here you can take both cultural and sporting excursions (including Florence and Siena are not far away), and then stretched out to be cool stretched out in the well-maintained pool. Beautiful house in Umrie. At the house, pool and facilities not to notice, was just neat and tidy. Even the pool towels were unlimited aanwezig.Ligging in itself is nice, but not much to do in the area, no Umbertide beautiful city, you really need to have a drive end. Disadvantage in the summer is horse riding nearby. The flies and horseflies (and wasp) really were a clear disappointment.

Holidays in Italy, all top.Prachtige location in the hills above Umbertide 5 minutes by car actually equipped with the auto.Huis, three well-equipped 2 double bedrooms, 2 badkamers.Schoon, modern with lots of classic Italian details, lovely terraces with a well-maintained and clean pool.The pool is checked every day and cleaned by the handyman. He also gives all plants.

It was TOP !! Super nice owner. everything super controlled, towel service perfect, all sizes and enough. everything clean and super service. supplemented bbq wood, daily maid and pool water control. We were there two weeks and everything was cleaned after the first week and changed beds. the dirty towels were taken and aangevuld.Kortom a holiday to remember, in all areas a thick 10.
