Arrival he reception fine, the accommodation was super! Modern and fully equipped. Jacuzzi and sauna ideal in the garden. Only small minus point that there were no sun loungers. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the managers. You get a handy package with dish brush, toilet paper and stuff, so you do not sit. The villa with Jacuzzi and sauna was lovely and it was nice quiet park. The house has spacious rooms, a lovely décor and equipped. Especially the forest views from the bedrooms we found very mooi.Van the manager we got nice walking and cycling routes. The area surrounding the park is really magnificent. Very nice for walking and / or cycling. The new zoo in Emmen is well bereikbaar.Wij found a midweek ended much too short. Overall, highly recommended!

We have great enjoyed the beautiful spacious house, with a blissful jacuzzi. A tip take the house key with you when you're bubbling, we had ourselves closed outside ... in 0 degrees .... with only a towel to .... Furthermore, really a must!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The handover of the keys was very uncomplicated and I got the deposit back a few days later. The house appealed to us very much. We felt at home straight away. There are two drawbacks: the floor in the house was very dirty and a lamp in the garden did not work. Otherwise a great stay and can only be recommended

The accommodation was as described.What we did not know, the jacuzzi can be used only until 10 pm and from 8 pm the electricity is displayed. Another drawback was that all instructions for use, as well as house rules etc. was only described in Dutch. We had not expected German, but English would have been very helpful. The surrounding area was very nice to reach shopping center, restaurants well. However, if you wanted to see and / or experience, you had to take a longer car trip (at least 30-40 minutes). There was unfortunately on the TV not a German station. The kitchen is not equipped with an oven, but only with a grill microwave. In general, the accommodation was clean, but in the kitchen, which was the dishes and / or the cutlery, which was further down, left the cleanliness very strongly afterwards. We traveled as a couple with 2 persons with 2 year old child, but was the Size of the house very adequate, for 6 persons however definitely too small.

Quiet area, nice house. Large house, only the cleaning was a bit disappointing. Lots of spiderweb, dead insects against the walls. Had liked the idea better (after all, you paid € 80 for cleaning). For the rest good beds, big, everything is fine!

Spacious house with beautiful location and view. The gas fireplace, jacuzzi and sauna were super fine. Especially during a "rainy" weekend. The cottage itself was not really dirty, but indeed optically cleaned. In particular, a lot of dust at the top of the curtains and at the ceilings. The cottage was a bit bare inside and the kitchenware could have been more elaborate. (1 potato peeler for 6 people is a bit scanty ...) Environment is fun. We have visited Orvelte and walked on the moor.

Beautiful house in a quiet park in a beautiful area, great to relax. Unfortunately, not everything was clean, so we found nuts between the couch of the previous people, this is certainly a point of attention. We had a house with wellness, you could only use the jacuzzi until 20.00 (I hadn't seen it anywhere when booking in March) we personally thought this was quite a shame and the jacuzzi was cold quite quickly (32.33 degrees) a pity if you were there want to enjoy it for a longer period of time. Other than that, great fun!!

House neatly but a bit chilly. Too few light points in the living room. Downstairs bathroom water ran through the entire bathroom when showering.Net landscaped so no privacy in the garden. Curfew jacuzzi 8pm ... too bad. Nice area for walking or mountain biking.

A pleasant welcome at the reception. Short explanation where the house was. Accommodation was neat. Beds were made upstairs, not upstairs. In trash bin upstairs the inner bucket was missing, could not be used. Toilet seat upstairs was loose, self-made. Sauna and jacuzzi made good use of it. Environment a lot of green, quiet. Day trips by car to the larger cities. Cozy impression.

Park is in a nice environment. We were in house 25. Cleaning was not done. Lots of cobwebs, dirty windows, tile joints, bathroom dirty. Kit edges black instead of white! Moltons on the beds did not look fresh. Shower ground floor no hot water. A lot of noise from air in the pipes. Jacuzzi was top, well controlled by maintenance company. It is a shame that there is troop on the floor. Shower curtain sauna also dirty brown kit edges with this shower. The sauna itself can also use a cleanup. Gas stove were the pits difficult to get. Too few sheets of packages. Picked up at the reception. Too much tourist tax on account that was ready. Did not talk about it. I had to arrange Roompotparken myself. Wanted to note down bank account for return deposit, was known to Roompot. My explanation that I booked at Belville and was not wrinkled away from Roompot. So also called Roompot about this who wrote down the number. Was therefore not known to them. Roompot told me that you have to go to the reception and a cleaning team comes ready to make everything to your liking. I think it is smarter to check the property before the tenant arrives. I spend a week on holiday and do not feel like doing all that because the park does not do its job well. In previous reviews I read the same comments. Conclusion therefore nothing is taken into account. The 80 euros for cleaning is 80 euros too much. Too bad because if everything is right it is a top house.

Nice house and surroundings. House was full of spiders and spider webs. Dust on the fake plants. Also in the corners of the house with bugs running around. At the reception it was said that it is possible if the house is open, but that is not true. House was not properly cleaned. The first day I saw almost 10 spiders downstairs from the house, so clearly not cleaned. Dust on the kitchen shelf. No toilet paper for a 6 person house. No toilet spray. No shower gel. And then you pay 1800 euros for the house alone.

The various types of new detached bungalows and villas are spread over the park. You can choose a 4-pers. single floor bungalow (NL-7963-01), a 6-pers. villa (NL-7963-02), a 6-pers. wellness villa with infrared sauna for two persons and a sunbed (NL-7963-03) or an 8-pers. villa (NL-7963-04). All types, except for the 4 person, have two bathrooms and a gas fireplace. You have a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is also a luxury wellness variation (NL-76930-06). You will find a Finnish sauna and bubble bath in a separate outdoor space, there is free internet and one of the bedrooms on the upper floor has a flat screen TV and DVD player.
The outdoor whirlpool is available at an additional charge, and guests must contact the park directly if they wish to include it in their booking.
