The vacation cottage is beautifully spacious with a nice view of the water from the terrace, ideal for our dog ðŸ• ðŸ‘€ðŸ‘€ further nothing to complain about, quiet neighborhood, gated park, many things to see in the area, only the boat tour is not worth much, also some smaller things in the house need a bit of attention before they get worse. A great place for a group vacation! The layout of the villa was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone, We really enjoyed the terrace and the easy access to the marina, Despite being close to the road, it was surprisingly quiet at night, The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathtub was a nice touch after a long day exploring, If you’re looking for a relaxing spot with good amenities, this villa fits the bill

Very quiet, in a residential area with a view of pleasure marina and frequent visits of ducks. Located close to the medieval city where you can feel the history and experience certainly on the last weekend of August (feast of St Louis) You can rent bikes, do safari in the Camargue, rent a horse, canoe or kayak or motorboat. Beach (very clean) is 15 min from the house in Grau de Roi. The house has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 3 bedrooms each with 2 people. Have enjoyed the beautiful weather and surroundings, had a wonderful holiday !!

nice house, relatively recently, on the water which is ideal with a (small) boat. about 45 minutes by boat to the bridge, which opens at set times; last open at 6.30 pm, so "go out for dinner at night and then return by boat. Some recommendations: relatively few cookware (small frying pan, too small for 5 people; glass lids of the cooking pots all have a damaged cap); mattress of one bed is due for renewal. the rest perfectly in our opinion.

The house is very comfortable, clean and functional. Pierre took care of everything. The location is just amazing. Perhaps you should tell the guests before arrival that the house is behind a locked gate and that you have to call Pierre to call.

A nice holiday home in a beautiful spot by the water among the boats. We were well assisted by Gomez, who showed us around and provided all the necessary information. However, the house is somewhat dated and was also cleaned with the 'famous French touch.' It didn't bother us. The only downside might be that the air conditioning cannot be on both upstairs and downstairs at the same time. Since it cooled down nicely at night, we didn't miss the air conditioning upstairs and didn't even try to turn it on. The Camargue is fantastic, and you can enjoy walking, scootering, cycling, etc.

The house is beautifully situated on a peninsula with an electric fence and within easy reach of the fortress of Aigues Mortes with all kinds of wonderful restaurants. Grau du Roi (beach) is 5 km away.

Arrival was a bit confusing, although we had already announced 1.5 hours in advance what time we would be there, we waited for half an hour outside the gate for the manager, who then made a thousand excuses.

The house could certainly use an extensive cleaning, I solved a blockage of the shower drain myself and checking all the broken lamps is not a luxury either.

But all in all a very nice location.

However, our direct neighbors in the adjoining row house began to lay a wooden terrace, so that we were disturbed by the noise of circular saws, hammers and drills for three days.

All in all, some places in this house are in need of renovation, especially the joints in the bathroom. The parasol was not usable because the cable was damaged.

Fly screens would be a sensible purchase for the windows, since the tiger mosquito is very annoying.

Despite these small flaws we had a very nice time and would book it again at this price.

The house and its location are highly recommended. Everything exists, what you need. The landscape, environment, beach are beautiful. Also very suitable for exploring everything by bike. Suitable for families with children who want to make just a beach holiday, as well as for hikers and / or people who want to become familiar with the environment / culture. We will come back!
