The arrival was very good, the homeowner was there on time and very nice. The house is really nice. The environment will certainly be built up in the next few years and you should be mobile for excursions and to get to the sea.

We had the honor to be the first tenants of this villa. The whole is very luxurious with a high finishing level. The whole is worth a five-star in practice. The location is very convenient. Within a five-minute drive you will find restaurants, sea, boat rentals, etc. The Zadar Airport is a 12-minute drive away. The historic city of Zadar is 18 minutes' drive away, where the food and farmers market projected by Unesco is also located. There is a lot to do in Zadar. There are also several supermarkets and a mall where you can buy everything at an 18-minute drive. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. It is an owner who does not turn everything around the money. A very warm welcome, with fresh fruit was waiting for us. The owner even went out of his way to make fresh shackles for us. In consultation, we were allowed to check out much later than agreed upon. Completely free! Where do you get it today? The service is provided, which is also a luxury nowadays. The luxury, freedom and space you have, a private pool, a BBQ / grill, the nightly rest and tranquility in the area. This villa offers space for at least two families or 8 people. There are 4 rooms, each with private bath and toilet. Are you from Surinamese or Asian origin? Keep in mind that you can not buy real chili peppers in Zadar. Great place and super nice quiet location. House has everything you need. Furthermore, the location is close to Zadar and Biograd Na Modur, nice places to visit. Ana and her husband are hospitable, nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time, recommended !!

Beautiful, large and very well cared for house with all the amenities you can imagine, in a quiet village with a beautiful view. Homeowners are sweet, easy-going and caring. You are a 10 minute drive to the water.

Great house where everything is there. Very large house with 4 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The description said there would be a bunk bed, however this is not the case. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. We also found it very nice that there was an extra fridge at the seat against the house, we have used it a lot. I would recommend this house to everyone!

"Villa Providenca" in Debeljak is a beautiful house. The house is very well laid out, perfectly finished and fully furnished. The spacious bedrooms all have their own fully fitted bathroom. The large covered terrace is very nice. The large garden with a beautiful swimming pool offers maximum privacy. In the "games room" we made great use of the pool billiards. Zadar airport is a 5-minute drive away, but you will not be bothered by it at all. You can reach Zadar by car in fifteen minutes. The owners, Ana Surac and her husband Domagoj who comes to maintain the pool a few times a week, are extremely friendly and helpful. We were a total of 7 people (grandfather, grandmother and a family with 3 children) and we could not have wished for a better holiday.

Can discuss things in advance via email contact with the owners, everything was neatly explained on arrival. If we had a question, we got immediate answers and help. The surroundings of the house are beautiful with Sukosan at 10 minutes and Zadar at 20 minutes

We have been very well received by the house owners. The villa is very nice and well maintained.a very quiet villa with a beautiful view. The only downside was that there is a lot of wind every day at the villa we were with small children she was cold when she came out of the pool
