The start was good We were even received earlier than agreed. The briefing went well. Queries could be clarified immediately by phone. The house met our requirements. We had no problem on the occasion of our family reunion to distribute our 19 people and a pet on the existing premises. Because of the bad weather we could not explore the surroundings as we would have liked. But the comfortable recreational facilities were also boring with our young people. Also the catering of the big company was no problem. The large kitchen provided plenty of space for food storage and also made it possible to prepare meals quickly without spending too much time. Unfortunately, our excursions were limited to sightseeing tours to Spa and Malmedy. Conclusion the stay we all liked. In warmer weather, it would have been a perfect stay.

Spacious house with beautiful rooms and a lot of options: table tennis, pool (billiards), air hockey, TV/movie room, lounge with many board games and a large cozy garden with large terrace, where you can all eat outside.
Less: everything could use a freshening up and on the street side you are very bothered by passing traffic/street noise.

It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed, The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs, and the living area was perfect for our game nights, The location is also convenient, with grocery stores just a short walk away, Overall, a solid choice for large groups

Very kindly received by the owner. The accommodation was nice. We have fun with 6 adults and 9 children. There were so many showers and toilets. Spacious kitchen with all amenities. What a beautiful spacious garden. We had a wonderful week. VVV, butcher and baker around the corner! Butgenbach's lake is definitely worth a visit.

The house was clean, we also had a full tour. But we immediately saw that the photos and the real were not correct. For example, the seats were broken and torn completely sagged. The fitness machine was broken. A Pool table was placed in a room that was much too small. a soccer table, but this one also had flaws, the pallets of the ping-pong table were broken, and outside there is a trampoline where the safety net was broken.

The photos displayed on the site are shockingly misleading; decrepit walls, threadbare sofas, missing or unusable equipment: the billiards table is installed in a room that is too small, it is unplayable. No fitness room, replaced by a punching bag. No kicker. The sauna is unusable (no light, in a basement room with no exterior lighting). The basement (billiards, sauna, punching bag and air hockey stinks of humidity, it's unbearable.

One of the parasols outside is so damaged that it is dangerous.

Clearly, this is a scam.
