Dear Guests! Our lovingly renovated holiday home is located in a small, scattered settlement called Mooswald on the southern slopes of the Mirnock mountain. Mooswald is known as the home of skier and Olympic champion Franz Klammer. The house was built in 1564, boasts a rich history, and has been a listed building for many years. Despite its historic charm, it offers every imaginable comfort. During the restoration, we made every effort to preserve the original character of the house. Our guests appreciate the spacious rooms, the tasteful furnishings, the sauna area, and the many quiet corners that our house offers for relaxing hours.

Villa Renate is a 4-room villa with 130 m² of living space spread over two floors. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. It is spacious, bright, luxurious, and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, and a wardrobe. Upstairs, you will find a large open-plan kitchen (including oven, dishwasher, four-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer) as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor. Furthermore, the upper floor features a second bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV. Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom with a small wellness area including a steam room and infrared cabin, as well as a shower and toilet. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the large swimming pool with sun loungers and shade (May-September). Cozy covered lounge area, small outdoor kitchen with refrigerator/sink, dining area, and gas grill. Enjoy stunning views of Wilder Kaiser mountain and relax in this chalet in St Johann. It has a sauna to rejuvenate and electric heating for a comfortable stay for a group or families with children. It is a paradise for ski lovers. Ski in and ski out for you are located right on the slopes. During summer activities like summer toboggan runs, golf courses, hiking and biking will keep you engaged. Restaurants are nearby at 300 m and supermarket lie 650 m away. The active town center is only 1 km away. The Austrian design and electric heating and wood stove gives a cosy ambience.
