The holiday apartment is on the first floor and features a spacious living room with a separate seating area, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and access to the garden. Parking is available on site. The municipality of Arnoldstein is located in the Gailtal Valley, and nearby is Carinthia's first nature park, the Dobratsch, nestled in the magnificent Carinthian Lake District, the easternmost peak of the Gailtal Alps. The gateway to the Villach Alps, the town of Villach with its Warmbad-Villach thermal baths, is also absolutely worth a visit! In summer, Lake Faak and Lake Ossiach offer plenty of swimming fun! The town offers ample shopping for daily needs, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

The house extends over three floors and can accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room with a wood-burning stove – perfect for entertaining. A washing machine and a separate toilet are also available. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a balcony, and stunning mountain views, and the other with two single beds, a desk, and views of meadows and the Alps. There's also a second bathroom with a shower. In the attic, there are three more single beds – ideal for children or teenagers. Outside, a spacious garden with two furnished terraces, lounge chairs, a trampoline, and a barrel sauna (for up to 4 people) invites you to relax. A bicycle rack, toys, and a badminton set are also available. The modern kitchen is fully equipped (induction stove, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) – including basic supplies of tea, coffee, and spices. A highchair and a travel cot are available.

The kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, etc. There are three bedrooms for two people each. The beds are all very good quality box spring beds. Two bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a south-facing balcony. In 2022, we replaced the original ladder to the third bedroom in the attic with a proper staircase. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a modern TV with Dutch, German, and Austrian channels in HD, a sound bar, and a fireplace. The storage room on the ground floor has a washer-dryer combination and is suitable for drying hiking boots and ski boots.
