Egg-Kaltenbrunn is located 28 km southeast of Bregenz. The house is in a quiet location at an altitude of 1000 m and offers a unique view. The cosy house is lovingly furnished and made almost entirely of wood. The living room and two bedrooms are equipped with modern, energy-saving infrared heaters and have been recently renovated. The living area is located on the first floor and features a tiled stove and a large balcony with an outdoor dining area and deck chairs. The accommodation is ideally located as a starting point for hikers, mountain bikers, skiers and cross-country skiers. In the immediate vicinity there is a paragliding centre with a paragliding and hang gliding school, as well as an activity centre offering rafting, archery, high ropes courses, cave tours and much more.

The accommodation consists of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a cot upon request. The couch can be used as a sofa bed. The apartment also includes a coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, and a hairdryer.
