The central location of the chalet means you can choose between three ski areas: The Wildkogel Arena directly in Neukirchen with 75 km of slopes is within walking distance (750 meter), the Zillertal Arena (Hochkrimml - Königsleiten) with 150 km of slopes can be reached in 20 minutes and the Kitzski - Hollersbach ski area with 188 km of slopes in around 10 minutes. With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you can ski in the three ski areas with a total of almost 400 km of slopes with one ski pass. For reasons of peace and quiet, this house is not rented to groups of young people. Student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties are prohibited in this house.

Our pool is not heated and relies entirely on sunlight for warmth. If the start of autumn is sunny and mild, the pool often remains filled until mid-October. It is generally filled and cleaned until October, but unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable. Since there have been very cold nights at the end of August in recent years, we have decided to officially limit the pool season to the end of August as a precaution. Directly in Neukirchen there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

In summer, the surrounding mountains and the many attractions in the immediate vicinity offer numerous options for active holidays or those seeking peace and quiet. From May through October, guests receive the National Park Summer Card, which offers free access to lifts, swimming pools, activities, public transport, and much more. Highly recommended!
