For bikers in summer and ski fans in winter, there is a lockable garage in the adjacent building. The ski and boot room is equipped with a boot dryer. There is also a beautiful garden and you can park right by the house. The house owner provides guests with a barrier key for the private path to the "Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen". This means you can get to the slopes of the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg - Mittersill (KitzSki) ski area with 234 kilometers of slopes and 57 comfortable lifts quickly and easily, and of course back again! Mittersill is known for its many activities and central location in summer. The area offers numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities, an 18-hole golf course and several mountain bike trails.
