The building features an indoor swimming pool (municipal), a sauna (currently closed for renovation), and an elevator. A playground is located next to the house. The apartment offers many amenities (microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.). Bread delivery to your door is available for a minimum order value of €4. Bathroom (NEW) with shower, hairdryer, and toilet.
