Vacation apartment B has a large bedroom and a living room that can be used as a bedroom, with a double sofa bed with a good mattress. The terrace is divided into two equal parts and is furnished with garden furniture. The sandy beach has private and public areas. Apart from possible excursions, you can leave your car in the private parking lot at the villa during your vacation and reach everything on foot: grocery stores, shopping, the promenade with its bars and restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

Casa Malù is located on the third floor (no elevator) and comprises 45 m² of living space, including a living room, a fully equipped kitchen suitable for extended stays, a bathroom, a double bedroom, a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, and a shaded terrace. The apartment is very bright and quiet, featuring new fixtures, mosquito nets, air conditioning, and heating for the winter. The furnishings and lighting are modern, and there is a large walk-in closet. Free parking is available for the apartment. While there is no dedicated parking space, it can often be found (depending on traffic and your schedule). In any case, there is street parking near the train station. Just outside the courtyard, you'll find a Coop supermarket, restaurants, and clubs in the city center.
