A fantastic plot with large areas both inside and outside for socializing and playing in a nice area with scenic surroundings. A four-legged friend is welcome. Nearby you will find genuine archipelago environments, untouched nature and a vibrant cultural landscape. In the inner archipelago, you experience the old fertile farming landscape with fields, meadows and paddocks. When you are in the Archipelago, imagine experiences with boating, sun, swimming, fishing, kayaking. There are many nice bathing spots nearby: approx. 800 meters from the house there is a bathing jetty with a bathing ladder, Torpa sea bath with a sandy beach a mile away, very child-friendly. Feel free to try your luck fishing from the jetty. Beautiful places to visit take the car and experience everything there is within a few miles. The house has a neighbor and has a nice view of the meadow and the forest with nature in the mix. If you are lucky, you can experience a visit from a nice moose that lives in the area. The cottage is on a shared plot with the owner but offers privacy and a fantastic location with 75 meters down to Lake Glan. A fantastic plot and garden and your parking space next to the house. The cottage has a slightly smaller living room with TV as well as a kitchen and dining area, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is also a washing machine. The sleeping part is in the middle of the house and it is an open plan and there is a double bed. The cottage suits the small family, it has a fresh and nice bathroom with shower. Here there is plenty to do for the adventurous, while the surrounding lakes and forests provide fantastic opportunities for peaceful relaxation. There is a small covered terrace at the entrance and a seating area and barbecue next to the house with a lake view. A wing building on a fantastic farm with all the possibilities for a pleasant holiday and cozy stay. The house has a charm and a welcome directly in the entrance with a view of the yard and the whole back towards a small lake with still standing water and is called göl. On lovely summer evenings, food is prepared at the large outdoor kitchen with a roof facing the water and here there are many seats, the large barbecue area is shared with the other house. For larger groups, please book the large house on the same farm, house number 54487. The house has three bedrooms, one room with a double bed and the other rooms with single beds that can easily be put together to make a double bed. The family room on the upper floor has a sofa, TV and Wifi. The terrace and balcony overlook the lake and the fantastic courtyard. There are two bathrooms with shower and washing machine. The kitchen has everything you need and next to it is the old kitchen with a wood stove and older charm. The entire farm and village have scenic surroundings for a walk or bike ride. Four-legged friends are not allowed inside the house, but there is a large dog yard with room for three dogs that you are welcome to borrow. Welcome to Östergötland, a house with a beautiful lake view and lake plot right next to Svinstadsjön. The house is beautifully situated with scenic surroundings, very peaceful and quiet. From the residential building, it is 25 meters to the beach below the house, a staircase that leads you down and right next to the beach is the annex with a terrace out into the water and a small lounge area for cozy moments. The annex has a large glass section with sliding doors that open up and you are greeted by a lovely view, there is lounge furniture and a sauna with a shower. Here you can sit under the roof of the house and look out over the still waters of the lake and enjoy the silence. The beach has a lawn and a jetty, you either take a dip from the jetty or land, it is a bit rocky next to the beach so bring swimming shoes for those who wish. The garden is built on different floor levels and there are several places for socializing and relaxing. Dining groups, deckchairs and terraces in several places, the large terrace belonging to the main house has good seating, barbecue and fireplace, the terrace is under cover. At the entrance there is a sitting area with a nice sunny position. The house has Wifi and our four-legged friends are very welcome. There are two floors, a living room with a fireplace, a small kitchen with a dining area right next to it, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom on the entrance floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A smaller common room with sofa and TV, a good area for those who want to watch TV in peace and quiet. There is a lake view from two bedrooms and living room, a patio door leads you out onto the terrace. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf clubs in Linköping and the surrounding area, 20 minutes' drive to Linköping City where you can experience shopping and good food with several restaurants after Stångån, for those interested in culture a visit to the beautiful quarters by the cathedral and Linköping's castle & cathedral museum is a must. In the middle of the city, there is also the garden association, a city park with ponds and sports facilities as well as a greenhouse with a garden shop and a restaurant. Also visit Gamla Linköping, which is one of Östergötland's biggest tourist destinations. Here, history comes alive and you can experience the city, countryside and forest as it was a hundred years ago, also visit their cozy shops and cafes. Kolmården's zoo is 65 kilometers north and Astrid Lindgren's world is 100 kilometers south of Linköping. The cottage was built in 1856 and has a fantastic cozy factor with a pipe stove placed in the middle of the house. Nicely decorated according to the charm of the croft and a lovely garden near the forest and patios with garden furniture for those who want to enjoy beautiful summer days. 55 m2 with kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed 140 cm that can be made into a bed for two. The ceiling height is 180 cm, you enter a bright hall with a staircase that leads you up to the upper floor where the bedroom and bathroom are with incineration toilet and sink. Directly to the right on the ground floor is the living room with the nice pipe stove, seating area and a smaller dining area, TV placed next to the stove with the swedish channels 1,2 and 4. Outside the house there is a built-in shower with hot and cold water fully prepared this year and here too you have thought out with location and freshness. The nearest bathing place is Hultabadet, which is 5 kilometers from the farm Järnlunden's largest bay. The lake is one of the municipality's largest and has clear and clean water. By the pool there is a large grassy area, a small sandy beach, jetty, volleyball net, changing room and toilet. Järnlunden is a pleasant lake with many islands and both sandy beaches and rocks to swim at. For those who want to hike, there is the famous Östgötaleden, which offers fantastic opportunities for varied nature and cultural experiences through Östergötland's beautiful landscape. You can follow the trail in deep forests and mountainous wilderness. In the vicinity of the croft, you can take part in the hiking trail and enjoy nature. Several flea markets are in the area and much else to visit. Mutebo-Aspnäs Miniature railway and café, miniature railway and café open on weekends during the months of June – August. A warm welcome to Kolmården and this simple but cozy cottage a couple of hundred meters from Bråviken. The cabin is well suited for those of you who want to holiday in a slightly simpler environment but want to be close to beautiful nature and experiences. The cottage is located in a cottage area with both summer houses and year-round accommodation. Lush garden with four buildings. The main cabin is about 45 square meters and has an entrance combined with a dining table area. Family room with two beds, small table and play table for children. 1950s kitchen with stove (two plates), small oven and fridge with freezer compartment. Bedroom with a bed (120) and a wardrobe that is private for the owner. Important to know that there is only cold water in the cabin. In the annex there is a bed and the possibility of an extra bed. No water drawn into the cabin. In the next building there is a private storage area and in the next door you have a smaller WC with only cold water. There is municipal water and sewage installed in the house. Behind the building with WC and storage you have an outdoor shower under the open sky. Here, however, you have hot and cold water, but due to transparency it is recommended to shower in swimwear. In the last building, there is also a storage room which is private, but you are welcome to sit under a roof and enjoy the view of the commons you have at the back of the plot. Adjacent to the main cabin, you have a patio deck that is partially covered and there you have sun from morning to afternoon. For those who want a swim, you walk down the steep hill down to Bråviken, which is an extension of the Baltic Sea. Here you get a wonderful mix of sweet and salty! It is approx. 1 km to walk to the public jetty which has a table and bathing ladder. Belonging to the house there is a boat berth (no. 9) from which you are welcome to swim. Best suited for adults when bathing from rocks. No fishing license is required to fish here, so those interested can test their fishing luck! Diagonally opposite the cottage you will find a soccer field and a bowling alley. Nice walking paths along the water and up into the lush nature. The main attraction in the vicinity is of course the Kolmården zoo, where both adults and children have lots of exciting animals to experience up close. From the cabin, it is about 1 km to walk to the park. So pack a lunch bag, good drink and have lovely days in the park with your loved ones! Warm welcome!
