Here you live close to the lake with the forest as a neighbor and at the same time you are close to the coast with only 15 km to Ronneby and 40 km to Karlskrona. Close to Sandviken's long beach on Listerlandet's southwest side is this 1-story villa with basement from the 70s. Here there is plenty of space for both old and young with a total of 4 bedrooms, one of which is in the basement. From the spacious hall you can reach all the rooms in the house. The bright living room, which is located at an angle and has both a dining table and a sofa group that invites you to get together. The fully equipped kitchen at the back of the house has everything required for cooking, however only a refrigerator, no freezer or freezer compartment is available. The kitchen also contains a furnished part with a kitchen sofa, chairs and table. Cycle paths are marked with signs around the island. At Andrén's bakery you can buy the morning bread. At Sturkö Kvarn there is a café, ice cream and an exhibition of various artists. Kristina's garden café also has a flea market. The southern part of the island is undeveloped and fine sandy beaches hide in the coves. The beach in Stensvik is recommended. Sanda is one of the island's villages with a small fishing port overlooking Karlskrona town. South of Sanda there is a bridge connection to Tjurkö and the larger fishing harbor Ekenabben.

This is done on site or in advance via the house owner. The house is in good condition and you have a built-in patio with both a lounge area and a dining area and an outside patio with outdoor furniture. You have an open kitchen/living room with dining area and sofa group. Two nice bedrooms with lower ceiling height are upstairs, where you can sleep well in a double bed (180cm) and two single beds. The cabins are of a simpler standard but full of comfort and consist of a main cabin and two guest cabins. In the large cabin you have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. You also have the living room with a corner sofa and TV. There is a wood burning stove (out of order and must not be used) The bathroom is large and has what you need, wc, wash basin and bathtub. The larger guest cabin consists of a bunk bed and a sofa bed with room for two. There is also a fridge and coffee maker here.
