Detached cottage located in a cottage area with wonderful views of Granfjällsstöten and the mountains all the way to the Norwegian side. On the entrance level, you will find a large terrace that runs from the entrance around the corner of the house to the kitchen window. A large and spacious hall with a storage room for, among other things, outerwear. Part of the hall has a corner with washing machine, dryer and a drying cabinet. A large living room with a wood burning stove, sofa and a TV. In the part closest to the open kitchen, there is a large dining area for 12 people. Welcome to the genuine village of Lima only 9 minutes south of Kläppen and with Sälenfjällen's offer within half an hour by car. Here you can fish in rivers and lakes, pick berries according to the season and enjoy a typical holiday in Dalarna. The cottage is on two levels and on the entrance level there is a nice porch to enjoy the coffee cup on. The hall is airy and welcoming with kitchen on the left and living room on the right with nice dining area, cozy sofas and TV. On the entrance level there are two of the bedrooms, each with its own double bed (180cm). The house's bathroom with toilet, sink and shower is also upstairs. Downstairs there is a hall for the children who like to play with the house toys and inside a combined bedroom and living room with sofa as well as TV and ping pong table. There are two single beds (90 + 90cm). Inside the living room there is a smaller bedroom, each with a single bed (90 + 80cm). A total of 8 people can stay in the cottage. The cottage also has a drying cabinet, boot dryer and hair dryer so you can stay dry. Via a door from the hobby room you come out to the nice back with the large lovely lawn that goes almost all the way down to the river. Kläppen has a jumping tower and a sandy beach by the river, which is very popular. For the active holidaymaker, there is a bicycle park in both Sälen, Kläppen and Rörbäcksnäs. During the winter ski season, there's shops, restaurants, bars, and a bakery open in Stöten. During the summer the closest service town is Sälen, 35 kilometres away. The nearby streams and rivers are rife with fish. The lake Närsjön is 15 kilometres away and great for swimming and fishing. This cozy cottage is within walking distance from Kläppen Arena and only 20 km south of Sälen. Here you can enjoy the tranquility in scenic surroundings, take a walk along the embankment, fish in the Västerdalälven river, pick seasonal berries in the forest next to the cottage or take a dip at Kläppen Camping. Nearby is Gråhedsdammen, which is a pay & fish pond and a much appreciated activity for young and old. Bur it is strictly forbidden to fish in the little pond at the house. The cottage, which has two floors, has on the ground floor a welcoming outer hall with drying cabinets for wet swimwear after the day's adventure and an inner hall that leads on to the kitchen, bathroom and the stairs to the upper floor. The kitchen has a typical warming wood stove with a covered hood that is built with natural extraction of air in the old-fashioned way, and next to the wood stove is the regular stove. There is a dining table with chairs and fridge & freezer. NOTE: The dishwasher in the kitchen is very small and placed on the kitchen counter. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living room with tiled stove, dining area, sofa, armchairs, TV and Apple TV. The bathroom is located in the hall and has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine.
