On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a spacious hall with plenty of space to hang your outer clothes. To the left of the hall you enter the fully equipped kitchen with everything from a coffee maker to a dishwasher. A large pantry that is filled with dry goods for both baking and cooking. On the same floor, there is a completely newly renovated bathroom with both shower and bathtub, as well as a practical utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The large room on the ground floor offers a comfortable sofa group where you can relax in front of the TV. To the left of this room is one of the house's three bedrooms, complete with a double bed (140cm). A flight of stairs from the hall leads to the second floor where there are two more bedrooms, both equipped with double beds. From one of the bedrooms you can see the sea through the window. In the family room there is a common living area with sofa group and Apple TV. On this floor is also the house's second bathroom with shower, wc and wash basin. From the kitchen you come out to the balcony where you can sit back and enjoy the peace or grill the evening's dinner. The garden offers plenty of space for both adults and children to play and play games such as cubbies. Also take the opportunity to explore the surrounding area! Visit the lively harbor in Gottskär with restaurants, kiosks and bathing area by the cliffs. A short drive takes you to Kungsbacka, a pleasant town with cozy cafes and shops. Also, don't miss visiting Tjolöholm Castle and the cultural reserve Äskhults By. For those who love fishing, there are plenty of opportunities in the sea and in Kungsbackaån, with everything from salmon to perch. Golf enthusiasts can explore several fine golf courses in the area. A very nice and modern guest house in the southern part of Olofsbo, within walking distance to the beach. A fresh annex in a rural location and perfect starting point for all the area's attractions and nature experiences. A short walk takes you to a small, picturesque marina and the popular and lovely sandy beach. There is both a summer shop and a restaurant here. The annex has an open kitchenette with a sofa bed for two people and a folding table. The bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom is fully tiled, spacious, with a shower and a washing machine. A rather convenient little staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with two spring mattresses on the floor. Here, the younger ones can enjoy themselves. From the kitchenette, there is an exit to the terrace, where there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The part of the plot facing the green area is perfect for the family's outdoor activities. Olofsbo is a true summer haven with local shops, restaurants, and a long sandy beach that’s especially popular with families. The southern dunes add dramatic scenery, while the small marina offers great spots for crab fishing. Nearby Falkenberg and Varberg provide charming cafés, restaurants, and shopping, and golfers will find several courses close by, including Björhults GK. The area is perfect for walking and cycling, with highlights such as Morups Tånge Nature Reserve, known for its rich birdlife and scenic trails, and the quaint fishing village of Glommen just to the north. Good to know Youth groups are not allowed. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. You as a guest will have to clean the house before departure. Final cleaning can not be added to this house.

A very pleasant holiday home located in a small cottage area without a thoroughfare and with the sea within easy reach. The cottage with its newly built annex is perfect for the large family, or two families. You are close to beach meadows and nature reserves as well as Träslövsläge with its picturesque harbor and nice beach. In the main cottage you enter the entrance and have a modern, well-equipped kitchen with smaller dining area on the right. To the left is a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a comfortable underfloor heating. The large cottage is spacious with comfortable seating, TV and a built-in wood burning stove that provides both a cozy factor and wonderful warmth on slightly chilly evenings. There is also access to several board games for evenings and rainy days. There are two bedrooms. One with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. From the living room you have access through double doors to a lovely glazed conservatory with a spacious dining table. A perfect room for late dinners and communal meals. Outside there is a spacious wooden deck with several outdoor furniture and barbecue. Choose side for morning sun or evening sun. In a brand new annex there is an open living room with kitchenette. A bathroom with shower and a bedroom, open to the living room. There is a seating area, dining table and TV. A small patio is also being built here. The cottage has free wifi (from April to September), but the coverage in the annex is uncertain. Within easy reach you have Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor, restaurant, pizzeria, fast food, mini golf and the very well-attended ice cream bar Tre Toppar where people are happy to stand in line to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice beach. Just south is Galtabäck's small harbor and its fine boat museum. There is a small, more private beach a short walk away, at Varberg's old market town. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen in the distance. Take a walk down into the bastions and casemates, follow from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest being Varbergs Gk, the western course.

Located on the beautiful west coast, this cottage is 500 metres from the nearest neighbour, and has a lovely garden for play and recreation. The cottage features a well-maintained kitchen with a wood-burning cooker. Please note that the wood-burning cooker is only for show and must not be used. The living room is equipped with a TV, a big corner sofa, and a dining table. There's one bedroom on the bottom floor, please note that there's no door to this room, but there's a curtain that you can draw for privacy. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. On the second floor, there are two cosy bedrooms. The house sleeps a total of five people, in five single beds. Next to the church, Nösslinge Kyrka, you will find the lovely lake Neden, where the boat is docked. The lake is rife with fish such as pike and bass. Varberg is a very popular summer resort with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The town has a fortress, Varbergs fästning, that dates back to the 13th century and there are guided tours for those who are interested.
