The plot offers both places to enjoy the sun, the family's outdoor activities as well as comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Within easy reach is Mellbystrand's summer center with several restaurants, small shops and Strandhotellet. Hökarfältet is a lovely nature conservation and exercise area. There are many different walking paths here both in the protective forest and by the sea. Just south you reach Skummeslövstrand and then Bjärehalvön with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not pay a visit to the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. The town has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here the Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. In winter you have the Vallåsen ski resort a short drive away. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails. For those interested in golf there are many golf courses in the area. The closest is Laholms Gk.

You have your own part of the owner's large plot, beautifully nestled in greenery with berry bushes, large lawn and a small stream that ripples on the plot. Maybe you grill your freshly caught fish. Make a visit to Åkulla beech forests, a fantastic area with lovely walking paths. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses in the area. The closest is Klosterfjordens Gk in Åskloster. The fisheries conservation area in Viskan, which you have access to, offers both spin fishing and fly fishing. There is good access to roach, salmon, perch etc. Viskan had the best salmon fishing out of all Halland's rivers in 2016. There are two barbecue areas, windbreaks, etc. In the area there are also several lakes with fishing opportunities. Fishing license required. Here you can see both birds and flowers or take a bath.For the shopping stove there is Hede Outlet, a shopping center in Hede in the northern part of Kungsbacka.Fishing in the sea is free and in the Kungsbackaån river there are both trout and salmon and also one of Sweden's best perch fish. From the spacious terrace you enjoy a fantastic view of the open countryside and towards the sea. From here you have a perfect starting point to beautiful and exciting nature experiences, lovely beaches and varied nature on the coast. The dwelling house has a pleasant atmosphere from the past with beamed ceilings, wooden floors and a fireplace. Both older rustic furniture and newer furnishings make the accommodation functional and homely. Time can almost feel still. From the entrance you enter a spacious living room and kitchen with dining area. It features a beautiful fireplace with heating cassette and TV. One of the roomshas a double bed and in the other two bedrooms there is a single bed. The large lovely terrace has several comfortable outdoor furniture, parasols and large terrace awning. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. In the annex next door there is a bedroom with one two single beds and a wood-burning sauna and shower room and washing machine. Wood for the sauna is included. For those traveling with dogs, the owner can allow dogs in the annex, but not in the main building. In a small guest cottage on the plot there is the possibility of 2 extra beds. The large plot provides both opportunities for nice barbecue evenings and family activities on the large lawns around the farm houses. The large plot is surrounded by lush greenery on two sides, but has a fantastic panoramic view of the open countryside and in the distance you can see the sea. Part of the plot in front of the houses slopes quite steeply down towards the entrance road. Only a short drive or by bike you will reach Ugglarp's beautiful beach. The beach is shallow and is particularly suitable for families with children. Take the opportunity to visit the small town of Slöinge. There is a famous home bakery and café, an ice cream factory and cafeteria, and Äppelgården which has both serving and a mustery. In Heberg there is the well-known Salmon shop with both restaurant and shop with fantastic delicacies. Falkenberg is only a short drive away. In the summer there are plenty of cozy restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities. There is also Skrea beach's long beach. Halmstad's beautiful summer city is just to the south. For those interested in fishing, both the Suse River and the Kattegat offer fine fishing. Fishing license is required in the river. In the immediate area there are several golf courses.

Airy and very fresh and cozy accommodation with proximity to both Gothenburg, Varberg and Ullared. A large lawn for play or games right outside the door and if you want to enjoy the evening sun is the balcony fantastic. The accommodation is on two levels with entrance on the ground floor which has a fully tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs with an open floor plan is a double bed in the alcove (not bedroom) directly to the right. Open kitchen with bar table for 2. Two solid sofas and a corner with two armchairs where you can sit and enjoy a good book. A brand new extra bed with a thick mattress is available as well as a travel cot for it youngest in the family and new Smart TV with Chromecast. All around there are nice walking and cycling paths (bicycles can be rented in Gottskärs Hamn) and a running trail and several different bathing places nearby. Opportunities for fishing are available through the arranged fishing trips that are available both in Gottskär and in Bua or why not try your luck in Hornsjöarna or in the sea nearby. Are you hungry for a museum, there is a really exciting Boat and Maritime Museum in Onsala or take a trip to Tjolöholms Slott or Kulturreservatet Äskhults By. If you want to go out for your own machine on the water, there is the opportunity to rent a kayak. Fjärås swimming hall is a well-visited pool where many people go to swim all year round. A very pleasant holiday home located in a small cottage area without a thoroughfare and with the sea within easy reach. The cottage with its newly built annex is perfect for the large family, or two families. You are close to beach meadows and nature reserves as well as Träslövsläge with its picturesque harbor and nice beach. In the main cottage you enter the entrance and have a modern, well-equipped kitchen with smaller dining area on the right. To the left is a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a comfortable underfloor heating. The large cottage is spacious with comfortable seating, TV and a built-in wood burning stove that provides both a cozy factor and wonderful warmth on slightly chilly evenings. There is also access to several board games for evenings and rainy days. There are two bedrooms. One with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. From the living room you have access through double doors to a lovely glazed conservatory with a spacious dining table. A perfect room for late dinners and communal meals. Outside there is a spacious wooden deck with several outdoor furniture and barbecue. Choose side for morning sun or evening sun. In a brand new annex there is an open living room with kitchenette. A bathroom with shower and a bedroom, open to the living room. There is a seating area, dining table and TV. A small patio is also being built here. The cottage has free wifi (from April to September), but the coverage in the annex is uncertain. Within easy reach you have Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor, restaurant, pizzeria, fast food, mini golf and the very well-attended ice cream bar Tre Toppar where people are happy to stand in line to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice beach. Just south is Galtabäck's small harbor and its fine boat museum. There is a small, more private beach a short walk away, at Varberg's old market town. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen in the distance. Take a walk down into the bastions and casemates, follow from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest being Varbergs Gk, the western course.

Adjacent outside the bedrooms is another bathroom with toilet and shower. In the hall there is a sofa bed that can easily be converted into a double bed by pulling out the bed. The owner has 2 additional tent beds. In total, there are 6 regular beds and two more beds in the double sofa bed and 2 extra beds = 10 sleeping places. There are two portable weber grills and a muurikka frying oan that runs on gas. NOTE: be sure to turn it off after each use! In the surrounding areas there are nice shops with everything from gift items, ice cream café and home bakery and last but not least Hvita Sand which is a popular restaurant right by the sea. Here you can eat good food or go to Afterbeach in the summer. From Gottskär you can look at the fishing boats or book a boat trip out to Nidingen. Near the cottage is the beautiful nature reserve Ölmanäs where you can walk and read about the area. Welcome to a real treat in the idyllic Källsjö, about 1 mile from the Gekås shopping center in Ullared. This old croft has been carefully renovated over the last 5 years, with the old charm well preserved. Here you will find all the rooms furnished with warmth, care and feeling. The cottage with its farmhouse is located separately and has a spacious plot with several sitting areas, a large lawn and its own barbecue area. A new, beautiful small country fence has been put up around the entire plot. At the nearby lake Barken there is a fine sandy beach, long docks and access to your own boat. The house consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a warming stove. To the right from the entrance is a livingroom with a sofa bed for two people. From the kitchen you enter the bathroom with shower and new washing machine. The second floor is reached via a small, steep staircase with a low ceiling. Up there is a family room and a small bedroom with two single beds. In the annex, right next to the main building itself, there are two bedrooms furnished for accommodation during the summer. On the ground floor there is a bunk bed and on the second floor a bedroom with two single beds Electricity is included and a gas element is available for use should it be required. Adjacent to the apartment, a charming outhouse has been built that can be used in an EMERGENCY. Torpet is 10 km from Gekås shopping center in Ullared. Nearby there is incredibly beautiful nature with, among other things, Akulla beech forests with many fine hiking trails. Those who play golf are close to several golf courses. The famous seaside resorts of Varberg and Falkenberg are about 40 minutes away by car. Train connection to the big city of Gothenburg is 45 minutes from Varberg.
