Welcome to the scenic area of Nordanstig in the northern part of Hälsingland. Here, you'll stay in a cottage located along a small gravel road with the forest right at your doorstep. The nearest lake is just a couple of kilometers away, offering both fishing and swimming opportunities. Please note that a fishing permit is required for most lakes. The cottage is modernized and charming, with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, and electric stove, while still retaining its old, charming cast iron stove. Light a fire in the stove in the evening and enjoy the warmth that spreads throughout the cottage, with firewood generously provided by the homeowner. The living room has a dining area that can accommodate the whole family, as well as a sofa that converts into a comfortable bed for two people at night. There’s also a large TV, and the cottage has Wi-Fi. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. Note that this room has no door, only a curtain. The bathroom has a shower/toilet and is also equipped with a washing machine. If you're traveling with your family during the summer season, we recommend a visit to Trolska Skogen, about 20 minutes from the cottage. This is a theatrical experience for the whole family, where you can walk at your own pace and encounter various creatures of the forest. A warm welcome to this cozy place! A lovely lake plot in a beautiful quiet environment, nice terrace facing the lake for lovely barbecue evenings with family and friends. There is a bathing jetty with a ladder and a rowing boat to get out on the bay. Large lawn that leads you down to the great lake. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the facilities that will give you a relaxed and pleasant stay. The house is a one-story house with open spaces and a view of the lake from the living room and bedroom, balcony doors from the rooms to get out onto the balcony. In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook and there is a dining area, in one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and in the other bedroom there are two single beds and a bunk bed. Next to one of the bedrooms is a WC, shower and washing machine. The house has several beautiful fireplaces that adorn different rooms, you may not light a fire in these during your stay. The house has Wifi and three TV screens. The whole yard is large with open areas leading down to the water, many places for socializing and playing. There are garden games for those who wish. On nice sunny days, you can get active down by the jetty and enjoy the water and swimming, for those who want and have a sea habit, you can take a ride on the lake in a Crescent rowing boat and life jackets are available to borrow from the house owners. It is also good to fish. Trönö is a scenic village, northwest of Söderhamn in Hälsingland. There is beautiful nature here, with lots of forest and fine fishing. Trönö Old Church is one of Sweden's best-preserved environments from the Middle Ages. Trönö camping is nearby, just a few minutes' walk from the house, where there is a sandy beach for nice swimming and shallow water for the small children. A peaceful place, a real treat for those looking for a bit of harmony and closeness to nature. Boats can be rented at the campsite! Skärså is a popular picturesque destination with the fish restaurant Albertina, which is one of Hälsingland's most visited restaurants. In the fishing village there is also a smokehouse, museum, a glass cabin and craft shop. Even in Växbo there are small shops, a bakery and a restaurant in a beautiful location by the water. If you want some bigger cities, take the car about 39 km to Bollnäs and there you will find the majority of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. In the middle of Sweden in Hälsingland, Kårböle is only a few miles northwest of Ljusdal. The house is located at the bottom of the road in a quiet and pleasant area. Lovely lawn with trampoline for the kids or crocket and log to hang out together around. Outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the entrance level there is a complete kitchen, living room with TV, sofa and piano. Here are two of the house's bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed -180cm and the other bedroom a bunk bed -80 / 120cm. Bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, sink and shower. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed - 180cm. The second bedroom has a sofa bed -160cm and a single bed -105cm. There are a total of 9 beds. In Nordsjö, 20 km from the cottage is Camp Järvsö, an activity facility with exercise, health and experiences in focus, run by Carolia Klüft. When you live here, you should take the opportunity to experience the Hälsinge farms, each farm has its own history. The seven Hälsingland farms that were inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List represent around 1000 farms with cultural-historical values. Here you live comfortably and have nature with water and forest close by, below the house is the cozy river with clear water that you can swim in. If you want to go boating and try your luck at fishing, you can contact the owner for rent a boat. The cottage has two bedrooms both with double beds, living room, dining room and kitchen located in file here is a wood stove and tiled stove to enjoy on a little colder days.
