The cozy cottage on Värmdö is located in privacy on a mountain with gnarled pines and beautiful rocks in the open with moss and stone plants. There is a small lawn in front of the house. The house has a nice patio with a roof with room for 6 people. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a built-in family bunk bed. There is also a daybed in the spacious living room. The kitchen has a lot of character, there is a dining table for 4 if you prefer to sit inside and eat. It is a slightly different and smart solution for the shower and toilet, as there was no room for a bathroom; the shower cabin is in the hall and the electric toilet is in the small hall at the entrance. On Saltarö it is never far to the sea, about one km from the house there is a nice beach with a jetty, sandy beach and shallow water. A parking permit is required to park your car there, it is in the hall for you to borrow, don't forget to put it back when you go home, so the next guest gets the same benefit. There is a bus into Stockholm just 400m from the house. In the area around the cottage there are nice walking paths and lots of nature. Sometimes the moose come up to the plot and slurp the apple tree in the garden. It is quiet and restful here, as the house is located on a turning point, here you will have a nice holiday!

This magical location is hard to beat if you want to experience real archipelago life! Here you live close to the sea, in the house on the mountain, it's just the stairs down to the jetties. Up here there is a terrace with a grill and cozy fire, a kitchen and a built-in family bunk bed with a wider underbed. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace. If you go a little further out by the water there is a lovely large electric sauna with a shower and your own jetty. If you go the other way there is a fine-grained shallow sandy beach with a barbecue area and table. The beach belongs to the residents on the cape. Since the entire plot is mountain there is no water toilet, the toilet is a dry toilet with a view of the water, cozy. The rent includes a rowing boat, there are several shallows within rowing distance, so you can fish for dinner yourself. If you don't get any, you can row to the fisherman who sells freshly caught fish, both fresh and smoked. If you walk 300 meters on forest paths from the house, an archipelago boat goes to Dalarö, among other places, if you want to go shopping or discover other islands, but if you come by car, you will be picked up by boat by the owner. There are nice walking paths on the island for those of you who want to get around on foot. Living here is simple, but fantastic!

In a nice green and beach area by Lake Mälaren in Södertälje you will find this nice house. The house has a large terrace with a view of the bay with beach and piers. There is a nice sandy beach with a playground and barbecue area. A glazed conservatory with the same view is nice to sit in if it is windy. The house has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, a small living room with Smart TV and sofa, with the glazed conservatory is a lovely living room with sofas, dining table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a family bunk bed. The bathroom is newly renovated and fully tiled, with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The house has an air heat pump for heating and cooling. On the plot there is also a small cottage with beds, but there is no water and toilet here. There is a barbecue area on the terrace and plenty of large tables for nice dinners in the summer. There are nice walking paths in the area and the bus to Södertälje stops 150 m from the house. From Södertälje, the commuter train goes into Stockholm when you want to experience the big city. In Södertälje there are plenty of shops and Tom Tits experiment which is an experience for both young and old.
