In a nice green and beach area by Lake Mälaren in Södertälje you will find this nice house. The house has a large terrace with a view of the bay with beach and piers. There is a nice sandy beach with a playground and barbecue area. A glazed conservatory with the same view is nice to sit in if it is windy. The house has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, a small living room with Smart TV and sofa, with the glazed conservatory is a lovely living room with sofas, dining table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a family bunk bed. The bathroom is newly renovated and fully tiled, with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The house has an air heat pump for heating and cooling. On the plot there is also a small cottage with beds, but there is no water and toilet here. There is a barbecue area on the terrace and plenty of large tables for nice dinners in the summer. There are nice walking paths in the area and the bus to Södertälje stops 150 m from the house. From Södertälje, the commuter train goes into Stockholm when you want to experience the big city. In Södertälje there are plenty of shops and Tom Tits experiment which is an experience for both young and old.

The house has two floors, upstairs there is a double room and a room with two single beds, the other bedrooms are on the ground floor. Here there are large living areas, a large modern kitchen and an adjacent dining room. A spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub, two sinks, washing machine and dryer. If it is chilly inside you can light the large soapstone stove which quickly provides a cozy warmth in the house. The large living room with cozy sofas and TV is next to the door to the large balcony. On the balcony there is a hot tub that you can cool off on hot summer days, or heat up with wood if it is cold in the air. On the terrace, which goes around the house, there are both loungers and dining tables and various cozy places to sit if you want to have some time to yourself. The house has a large lawn with a trampoline and a football goal. There are also two bicycles to borrow. Dalarö is a lively summer resort with a bakery, restaurants and bars, nice swimming and archipelago boats. The living room has large windows facing nature and a nice fireplace for chilly days. There is a TV and plenty of games for socializing indoors. A kitchen with a small dining table is available. The raw brick walls give a rustic impression. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Outside there is a terrace with a dining table and grill and a couple of loungers. A pergola is a little further down the plot, where you can also sit in the evenings. The plot has a small lawn and is surrounded by nature and trees. Just 50 meters from the house there is a bus, both into Stockholm, or Gustavsberg with plenty of shops, or further out on Ingarö to the best sea bathing in the archipelago, Björkvik. There is a nice nature reserve for nice hikes. Near the house there is a nice lake if you want to swim near the house.
