Unbelievably beautiful surroundings lead your way to this stunning red cottage, with a swimming pool and fishing lake just a short walk away. Here you park outside the cottage, which stands there so nicely with its slatted windows and the inviting little veranda. If you are keen to step in, you are welcomed to a cabin furnished to enjoy! Once inside the cabin, the feeling from outside follows you inside. Despite a relatively pretty and cute cabin, it feels incredibly spacious. You feel at home immediately. A very cozy cabin that just hugs you. A nice overall theme of somewhat muted colors with hints of red. The living room accommodates two larger sofas, one of which is a double bed. An armchair and more seating options are also available. You are happy to eat the evening meal in here, while you can open the patio door out to the large tree deck. The sofa group also feels incredibly inviting for cakes and coffee, simply a cozy coffee in front of the lit fire. If we move over to the kitchen for those who want to prepare their breakfast and food, there is plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer. There is good work space and there is a nice sitting area with a kitchen sofa. There is also a dish washer in the kitchen. There are also two bedrooms in the large cabin, each with a comfortable double bed. For those who come a few more, they have, as mentioned, the sofa bed in the living room to spread out or the annex (little cabin) next door with a bunk bed and TV. Perfect for older children. The toilet has all the amenities to make your stay complete. You have a toilet, sink, shower. The owner has installed a charger for the electric car. This electricity is not included in included household electricity and is paid on site. To activate the charger and charge the car, a tray is used which you get from the owner. There is a travel cot with sleeping pad and blanket to rent for a fee. Outside you have a large lawn for all summer activities and games. Within a radius of 55 km you have places like Ängelholm, Helsingborg, Kristianstad, Båstad, so you get a perfect starting point to explore northern Scania. The Skåneleden with its beautiful hiking trails passes by not too far away and there are beautiful lakes with nice swimming spots. In Markaryd you can also go on a moose safari. You will definitely not be idle here. If you're lucky, you might find the occasional edible mushroom in the forest.

Here there are several churches and castles to visit, the Ljungryda Nature Reserve. You also have Vångaberget, which is suitable for skiing but also for cycling in summer. For a golf lover, you have several golf courses within reasonable distances. Just a short distance away you have the Aralöv golf club, where incredibly fine food is also served. If you want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Skåne, Åhus is ideally located, about 25 minutes by car. The farmhouse is located near the owner's farm but has its own entrance and a large spacious balcony with views of beautiful nature. From the entrance you enter a small hall and there is a large bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen is tasteful and well equipped with a wood stove. The living room is partly open up in the nock. There is a section with a comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove and a modern TV with viasat's channel selection. The second part has a dining area and a sofa bed for two people. From here you have access to a spacious, lovely balcony with outdoor furniture and barbecue. In the middle of Höllviken's lovely cottage area, this charming cottage is located on a quiet forest plot surrounded by pines and birches. Here you have only a few minutes down to the elongated sandy beach at Kämpinge and Ljungen for a nice morning bath from the pier. Here you have one of Sweden's holiday paradises within easy reach and only 10 minutes by car down to Falsterbo-Skanör! This cozy cottage Strandwi, built in 1925, has room for an entire family with many nice common areas. In the open living room there is a sofa group, TV and a dining area adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. From here you also go to the large lovely glazed conservatory which has both a sitting area and dining area. On the large wooden terrace there are more seating areas for sun and shade and a barbecue area with a view of the small forest plot's trees and shrubs. There are also some toys and spaces for children to play on. On the lower floor there is also a smaller bedroom with two single beds as well as the bathroom with WC, shower cubicle and washing machine. The stairs / steps up to the upper floor / sleeping loft are very narrow and steep, so small children and people with movement / balance problems must be careful. Up there are two sleeping areas with a double bed against one end of the house and two single beds against the other. The sleeping loft is open to the ridge and without partitions. From the cottage you can reach the lovely dunes at Kämpingestranden in just a few minutes by bike or a walk of ten minutes. The center of Höllviken is a few kilometers away with several grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. In Falsterbo and Skanör there are many popular restaurants, cozy inns and stalls selling fresh fish in the summer. There are also nice walking areas in Ljunghusen, nice golf courses and bike paths. Malmö's large selection of shopping, entertainment and shops is also just a couple of miles north, as well as the entire Skåne south coast with all the fishing villages to Ystad for a wonderful holiday stay. Good to know There is a small hole in the conservatory roof that can leak in when it rains. Bed linen and towels are to be brought by the guest themselves. The cottage must be cleaned before departure.
