It is walking distance to popular Loftahammar where there are shops and nice restaurants in a wonderful environment. The house is nicely decorated and really breathes freshness. The ceiling is open up to the roof ridge which gives a lovely feeling of space and airiness. There are large sliding glass doors out onto the large balcony. On the balcony there are two nice lounge furniture groups and a dining group. You have a large open living room with dining area, living area and stylish kitchen. You sleep in three bedrooms. The largest with a door out onto the balcony is equipped with a double bed. The other two with a bunk bed each where the lower bunk is 120cm wide. You also have Gösjön (17km) which is a very nice swimming area with jetties, diving towers, mini golf and catering. At Stora Sinnern you can fish. You can also rent a boat here. More Kastell, also called Småland's Grand Canyon with its 8km long ravine is well worth a visit. At the Aboda Klint nature reserve there is a beautiful viewpoint and restaurant. It is not far to Högsby where there is a larger supermarket and more restaurants. If you want a larger selection of shopping and restaurants, it is also not far to Mönsterås or Oskarshamn. From Oskarshamn you can take the ferry to Öland during the summer. It is 70km to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby.

There are plenty of footpaths in the forest and here you have the closest path to the sea, but if you want to swim, there is a beach with a jetty 800m away along the road. Note that the water heater is of a smaller size, which is good to keep in mind if there are several of you who want to shower after each other. The house is fenced for those who wish to bring a dog. There is a lot to explore and do here. Two houses away from the house you can rent a canoe. If you want to swim at a larger swimming area there is the nice Hammarsbadet 3.6 away with its 10-meter diving tower, floating obstacle course, mini golf and catering. Here you can also rent a wood-fired sauna, pedal boat, rowing boat or motor boat. You can see Garpedansberget from the house. Here is a well-known magic path with sculptures from the world of fairy tales. There is also a mountain on the other hole that you can climb and enjoy the magical view. Those of you who want to visit Astrid Lindgren's World but still want to live by the sea are perfectly situated in Gamleby, only 50km away. There are golf courses in both Loftahammar and Västervik. In Gamleby there are restaurants, cafés, shops etc.

The house has a secluded scenic location where you can really enjoy the tranquility surrounded by horses and cows grazing the fields. Down by the sea there is a jetty in summer where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. It is a shallow sandy bottom which is perfecty suitable for families with children. You have a large garden with a patio with outdoor furniture. The house has an open floor plan with a kitchen area, dining area and living area. There are large windows so you can really feel and enjoy the proximity to the sea. There are two bedrooms. One with two single beds. The other with a bunk bed and a single bed. Here there is a window facing the forest which provides good peace. It is also possible to close the window if you want to screen off and have it dark when you sleep. The bathroom is newly renovated and fresh. The house is not rented to youth groups or for parties. It is not allowed to charge electric cars. There is also a larger public bathing beach at Ispe Udde 3.5km higher up along the coast. Here you can enjoy a lovely shallow sandy beach where there is also a jetty, barbecue area and toilet. If you want to eat a good meal, there are restaurants in Stora Rör or Färjestaden. For golf enthusiasts, Saxnäs Golf Club and Ekerum are close by.
