A warm welcome to a rural idyll near the sea in a quiet area called Bokenäs. Here you live in a lush garden in a sunny position with a walking distance of approx. 800 m down to salty baths with rocks, a sandy beach and a small patch of grass. The house is homely with mixed interior design from Swedish style during the 1970s and 1980s. It is bright and has a good layout with everything on one level. You are welcomed straight into the heart of the house, the kitchen with dining area and living room in one. The kitchen is in pine with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and freezer. There are plenty of kitchen utensils for delicious dinners. In the living room there is a sofa with two armchairs. The fireplace is not working, but feel free to light some candles for a cozy feeling. The house has three bedrooms. One is with two single beds that are 90 cm wide. Adjacent is the second bedroom with a double bed 180 cm. Next to this is a room with a sofa if you want some time for yourself. The third bedroom is a built-in bed of 110 cm, perfect for the child. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and an electric toilet. See instructions on site. Outside the house, there are plenty of grassy areas for playing and relaxing. On the gable is a terrace where the chair rests with outdoor furniture. There is plenty of shade under the trees where there is even more garden furniture. The nearest bathing place is called Torseröd's bathing place. About 800 by walking and only 2 minutes by car. Otherwise, there are plenty of nice coves all along Bokenäs, the area in Jordfall or if you take a trip to Grundsund and Lysekil. The area is beautiful with cafes, farm shops that sell local produce. The house has a lovely rear with a green area, patio, outdoor furniture and awning. In the stylish kitchen, there is a dining area, dishwasher and most everything you might need. You have a beautiful living room with large windows for nice light and a patio door to the back. There is both sofas and comfortable armchairs to lean back in and enjoy in front of the TV or perhaps a good book. You have three bedrooms, one downstairs with a comfortable double bed and two upstairs with a single bed in each room. On the lower level there is a newly renovated large bathroom with sink, shower, wc, washing machine and dryer. Bathroom with sink, toilet and bathtub is also on the upper floor. The area has a high comfort factor and there is a nice playground where the children can play at a safe distance. Västervik, which has previously been named the summer city of the year, offers a lovely atmosphere with its location right by the sea. There are a number of summertime events here as well as nice restaurants and shops. From here you can take boat trips out to some of the archipelago's most beautiful islands. Lysingsbadet is a very popular bathing spot where you can enjoy bathing by the large sandy beach, the piers or by the beautiful cliffs. There is also an adventure pool that the children love, as well as a restaurant, high-altitude park, padel courts, bouncy castle land, SUP and kayak rental, adventure golf and Västervik's largest playground. There is a nice golf course for those interested in golf. At the beautiful Gränsö Castle, you can enjoy a day at the spa or a good meal at the castle. Not rented out to youth groups or for parties. It is well planned with an open kitchen and a dining table with chairs for two. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, equipped with a TV and a comfortable sofa that can easily be turned into a 160 cm wide bed. There is also an extra mattress for increased comfort. In the morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the small terrace and take in the wonderful nature, chirping birds and the peace. The cabin's power comes from solar cell energy systems that allow it to generate and use self-produced electricity from the sun. On the outside of the cottage there is a separate building with a sink, shower and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. The cottage is secluded but shares the plot with the home owner. In the surrounding forests, there are plenty of opportunities to pick berries and mushrooms. For those who love hiking, there are hiking trails nearby. A recommended choice is Karl XII's väg, the most famous hiking trail on Kroppefjäll. The trail stretches over Kroppefjäll on historic land where Charles XII and his Carolines are said to have traveled on their way to Fredriksten's fortress in Norway. Only a 35-minute drive away, you can visit Evenstorps Gård, where you can buy organic KRAV-labelled beef, own raspberries and rhubarb. For the kids, there are several different animals to look at and pet, including mini goats, alpacas, Shetland ponies, mini pigs, rabbits and chickens. Within walking distance of Eventorp's farm you will find a unique rock carving, and in the Kroppefjäll nature reserve there are fine hiking and cycling trails as well as lakes where you can swim, fish and paddle. From the cabin, you can also make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan and fishing and boating communities in the northern part of Bohuslän. For those who want to spend a day on the golf course, there are several fine courses within a radius of a few miles to choose from, for example Dagsholms GK in Färgelanda or Torreby Golfbana, Bohuslän's oldest golf course, which is located in a castle environment with an English-inspired castle park.

Welcome to cozy Strömma on Värmdö, here you live close to the lake with a nice view of Strömma canal. The house is located high up with a nice balcony with an unobstructed view of the water. The house has been completely renovated and has a modern kitchen with new appliances, a fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine. Opposite the bathroom is the bedroom with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two, here there is also an air heat pump for heating or cooling. The living room/kitchen has a dining table with four chairs, on the balcony there is also a dining table for four. An electric grill is available on the balcony. The plot has the forest on its side, and both moose and deer live there from time to time. If you want to pick blueberries, just go up behind the house. Strömma canal is a narrow old canal that runs between Fågebrolandet and Värmdö and here boats lock to quickly get out on Nämdöfjärden. It's nice to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the boats pass by. If you want to take a morning or evening dip, it's fine at the owners' private jetty, but if you want a full day at the beach, Grisslinge sea bath is recommended, with several jetties, long shallows and jumping tower. There is also a nice cafe and a restaurant. It only takes 15 minutes by bus. If you fancy a bite to eat, there is a restaurant just 75 meters from the house. Summer guests and permanent residents gather here to eat well in the sun or just have a cold drink. Buses run frequently, both to Djurö, Stavsnäs and into Stockholm. You can also take the archipelago boat from Strömma into Stockholm, it will be a nice boat trip through the archipelago. The owners offer to book bed linen, towels and final cleaning, so you can just enjoy being here. Four-legged guests are welcome here and there are plenty of nice walking trails in the area. If you play golf, there are several good golf courses in the immediate area.
