Lysingsbadet is a very popular bathing spot where you can enjoy bathing by the large sandy beach, the piers or by the beautiful cliffs. There is also an adventure pool that the children love, as well as a restaurant, high-altitude park, padel courts, bouncy castle land, SUP and kayak rental, adventure golf and Västervik's largest playground. In the morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the small terrace and take in the wonderful nature, chirping birds and the peace. The cabin's power comes from solar cell energy systems that allow it to generate and use self-produced electricity from the sun. On the outside of the cottage there is a separate building with a sink, shower and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. The cottage is secluded but shares the plot with the home owner. In the surrounding forests, there are plenty of opportunities to pick berries and mushrooms. For those who love hiking, there are hiking trails nearby. A recommended choice is Karl XII's väg, the most famous hiking trail on Kroppefjäll. The trail stretches over Kroppefjäll on historic land where Charles XII and his Carolines are said to have traveled on their way to Fredriksten's fortress in Norway. Only a 35-minute drive away, you can visit Evenstorps Gård, where you can buy organic KRAV-labelled beef, own raspberries and rhubarb. For the kids, there are several different animals to look at and pet, including mini goats, alpacas, Shetland ponies, mini pigs, rabbits and chickens. Within walking distance of Eventorp's farm you will find a unique rock carving, and in the Kroppefjäll nature reserve there are fine hiking and cycling trails as well as lakes where you can swim, fish and paddle. Welcome to cozy Strömma on Värmdö, here you live close to the lake with a nice view of Strömma canal. The house is located high up with a nice balcony with an unobstructed view of the water. The house has been completely renovated and has a modern kitchen with new appliances, a fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine. Opposite the bathroom is the bedroom with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two, here there is also an air heat pump for heating or cooling. The living room/kitchen has a dining table with four chairs, on the balcony there is also a dining table for four. An electric grill is available on the balcony. The plot has the forest on its side, and both moose and deer live there from time to time. If you want to pick blueberries, just go up behind the house. Strömma canal is a narrow old canal that runs between Fågebrolandet and Värmdö and here boats lock to quickly get out on Nämdöfjärden. It's nice to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the boats pass by. If you want to take a morning or evening dip, it's fine at the owners' private jetty, but if you want a full day at the beach, Grisslinge sea bath is recommended, with several jetties, long shallows and jumping tower. There is also a nice cafe and a restaurant. It only takes 15 minutes by bus. If you fancy a bite to eat, there is a restaurant just 75 meters from the house. Summer guests and permanent residents gather here to eat well in the sun or just have a cold drink. Buses run frequently, both to Djurö, Stavsnäs and into Stockholm. You can also take the archipelago boat from Strömma into Stockholm, it will be a nice boat trip through the archipelago. The owners offer to book bed linen, towels and final cleaning, so you can just enjoy being here. Four-legged guests are welcome here and there are plenty of nice walking trails in the area. If you play golf, there are several good golf courses in the immediate area.

Large fridge and freezer if you find fishing luck in any of the lakes. A fishing license is required, which can be bought in Munkedal or Färgelanda. The staircase is bright and the older charm remains. Next to this is a small bathroom with washing machine wc, sink and small shower area. The stairs up lead you to the bedrooms with a large bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm. The living room has a desk and a bunk bed for 2 beds. The house is perfect for the family of 4 people or the group of 2-4 people. There has been a cat in the home and there is a cat living in the yard. There is a great chance to see Sweden's wild animals roaming the grounds such as deer, hares, foxes and, if you are lucky, even moose. You can get there with a free car ferry that runs regularly every hour and a half. Large, lovely plot with both a lawn for play and games as well as a garden area. Two balconies, one of which is under a protective roof. A perfect house for a family with children or a group that wants to vacation in a genuine Bohuslän environment. The house is on one level and contains a living room, with a TV corner and a dining area, as well as an exit to the one balcony. Simpler kitchen with dining area and three bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and one with an adjustable single bed (motor driven). Bathroom with shower cubicle. Only approx. 500 m to the community's pier (shared with neighbors) with bathing ladder and outdoor furniture. Lyr, or Lyrön, is an island south of Orust. The island has been inhabited since the Stone Age, but today mostly summer residents live here. Here are chieftains' graves and burial mounds from the Bronze Age for those interested in history. The island has no shop, but there is a very good fish shop & restaurant Bryggvingen, approx. 3 km away. Don't miss a visit here! They have their own fishing boat that lands their catch below the restaurant, so it couldn't be fresher. The island is to some extent a nature reserve and a lovely island to walk or cycle on. If you get tired of your own jetty, there are good bathing opportunities in several places, both beach bathing and cliff bathing. On the island you can also play mini golf, the course is 1.5 km from your house. Around Lyrön there are also fantastic waters for kayaking. A few kilometers away are the three charming archipelago communities Hälleviksstrand, Mollösund and Nösund. In Hälleviksstrand, you should not miss a visit to Sjöbodscafét, which serves delicious sandwiches and pastries in a fantastic environment, in the middle of piers and boats. In Mollösund there are several good restaurants, cobbled streets with beautiful old houses and also a grocery store. Nösund has two fine bathing areas and the historic Nösund Inn with a good restaurant and entertainment by famous artists. Also, don't miss taking the ferry to the beautiful islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. To service and grocery store in Varekil or Ellös approx. 15-17km. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter in the middle of Orust with the bargain store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly known as "Lilla Ullared". The cottage is free and rural with neighbors at an appropriate distance. You have three balconies to choose from so you can follow the sun's rays during the day. The balcony at the entrance is under a roof, so even on rainy days you can enjoy the outdoors. The area has a rich wildlife. If you're lucky, you'll see both moose and deer pass by the house. Explore the forests and pick berries and mushrooms when in season. Beautiful grassy areas, swings and a trampoline invites you to play and have fun. There is plenty of space here for various activities. Frisbee golf is offered in Mårdaklev, among other things. Only a short drive away is Scandinavia's largest shopping center Gekås in Ullared. Stora Horsasjön 2 km is perfect for small children. Lake Vitasjön 6 km away has docks, a sandy beach, shallow water and good parking facilities. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses in the area. It is a short distance to Flädje Ullared's fine golf course. The nearest town is Svenljunga and the nice summer town of Varberg and the sea are about ajn hour away. About an hjour away are also Isaberg's fine ski slopes with 10 pistes.
