This substantial two-story villa features a garden and patio where you can immediately enjoy the lake view and the proximity to Vättern’s sparkling waters. The house is a solid single-story villa with a basement and offers most of the comforts you need. As soon as you enter the house, there is a hallway with space to hang clothes and store shoes, adjacent to a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and fresh, equipped with most necessities, but dishwashing is done by hand. Next to the kitchen is a separate dining area with windows overlooking the small street in the residential area. A spacious living room with comfortable armchairs invites you to relax by the fireplace, and in an adjoining section, there is another seating area and dining area. From the living room, you can access the backyard with a patio facing the lake. Welcome to this summer idyll in beautiful Lyckorna in the summer town of Ljungskile!This lovely annex offers a unique setting with a fantastic location close to the sea, where you are within walking distance of saltwater swimming and cliffs. The area is peaceful and harmonious, and outside there is a beautiful walking path down to the sea. When you step into this annex, you are greeted by an inviting entrance hall. To the right is a lovely kitchen, fully equipped with a coffee maker, induction hob, oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a charming iron stove. The living room has a grand piece of furniture for watching TV and a dining table with plenty of room for everyone. On the same floor is a charmingly decorated bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, vanity with two sinks, and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and a travel cot for small children.The second bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) with a glimpse of the sea through the window. The upstairs living room has two single beds (90 cm) and a cozy corner with a sofa and table. There is also Wi-Fi for your convenience. You share the yard with the homeowner but have access to the annex's part of the patio and a lovely arbor. Here you can barbecue dinner or enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning. The property consists of three houses, a larger one with living room, kitchen, glazed conservatory, balcony and two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a 140 cm bed. In the living room there is also a sofa bed for two. In the house that is connected to the big one, there are three beds, but no water or toilet. At the back of it there is a fresh dry toilet in addition to the wc that is in the main house. Further down the plot is a newly built house with two beds, a separate one and a small kitchenette. In this property many people can live, but still get some privacy. Between the two upper houses on the terrace is a lovely hot tub. If you want to swim in the lake, it is a short walk down to the bathing rocks. There is a nice beach with a playground and soccer field a little further along the lake. There are also padel courts and a tennis court. There is a bus just a few hundred meters from the house, which takes you to the center of Huddinge with shops and commuter trains into Stockholm. If you like hiking, there are plenty of nice hiking trails nearby.

The house is very fresh and was built a few years ago with a large furnished terrace in the best sun-facing position, offering a lovely view of the lake and greenery.
