This charming and beautiful cottage, built in a traditional style, is in the pleasant and tranquil area of Malmsjöberg, where you have walking distance to a cozy bathing spot at Lake Nedingen. Indoors, the walls and ceilings are clad in wood, giving a very solid impression, and the cottage is tastefully decorated with high ceilings. You have an open plan layout with a living room and kitchen with a nice dining area indoors. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. In the loft, there are two additional good sleeping spaces. The bathroom is completely renovated and has a shower, toilet, and sink. On the terrace, there is both a glazed section with a cozy seating area and a dining table. If you want to enhance the outdoor feeling, you can open the doors that enclose the terrace with glass. If you want to sunbathe by the cottage, it is also excellent on the terrace as it is spacious with plenty of room even without a roof. Next to the terrace, you have the cottage's barbecue area where there are good grills available; remember to buy charcoal for the grill. When in the area, you certainly want to take the opportunity to swim in Nedingen, which is easily done by taking a short walk, so there is nothing stopping you from taking both a morning and an evening dip. Welcome to a cozy house on a nice natural plot with a location close to the sea on Svärdsö in Nynäshamn municipality. Here you come far out into the sea belt, with only 200 m to the sea no matter which direction you go, here the water is clear and beautiful. In one direction you will find a lovely beach and rocks, in the other direction tables and chairs down by the water. There you can take a basket of food with you and enjoy the fantastic sunset and take a dip in the sea. The house has one bedroom with a family bunk bed, separated by curtains. Sofa bed for two is in the living room. In the living room there is also the dining table and a smart TV. A fresh bathroom with electric toilet, sink and shower. The small kitchen has access to the balcony, where you will find a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Parking for cars is available below the house. There is a gate down by the road that you get a key to drive the car up to the house. You share a plot with the nice owners, but have plenty of your own plot space and no visibility. Nynäshamn is a cozy summer town, the bus there goes just below the house. On Torö, which Svärdsö is close to, there are cozy summer cafes and restaurants if you don't want to cook yourself.

Here in Malmsjöberg, Fållökna, you have a real holiday paradise only 300 meters from a lovely swimming area with jetties down by lake Nedingen. The cottage is situated high up, surrounded by lawn and lovely flower beds. The cottage has been renovated in stages and is fresh and cosy. You enter a hall that is adjacent to the family room where you have seating areas and a cozy wood burning stove, firewood is available in the house. There is a TV in the living room with Swedish channels. The kitchen is open plan and has a nice dining area by the window and is fully equipped, but you wash the dishes by hand. There are two bedrooms in the house, one of which has a double bed and the other has a single bed that converts into a double bed, which provides a comfortable bed for two people. The biggest asset is the wonderful terrace that is under a roof where you can enjoy nature both morning and evening, an outer part of the terrace is without a roof which might suit you who are sun worshippers. Grilling belongs to the summer and here is a charcoal grill ready and waiting. May we suggest that you have your afternoon coffee on the patio, which is located on a height where you have a lovely view of the lake. The area around Nedingen provides space for more than sun and swimming. There are several nature reserves around the lake and you can easily connect to the Sörmlandsleden where Malmköping has a stage that is 10 km and it goes through the nature reserve in Malma and over Plevnahöjden, very beautiful to see and well marked trail with good maintenance. Malmköping is approx. 6 km from the cabin and here you can stock up and stroll around the small town which during the summer comes alive with numerous markets and events. Stockholm is within reach, approx. 1.5 hours by car.

A holiday home in the heart of Sörmland that is secluded and a few hundred meters from Lake Öljaren, yet close to amenities and many excursion destinations. The cabin has been newly renovated while maintaining the old style and has two floors where the lower floor has a kitchen with a dining area where the old iron stove has been preserved. A spacious living room equipped with both a sofa group and dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs are the house's two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other a bunk bed, here there is a storage room with toys that can be borrowed during the time you spend in the house. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains as the summer nights in Sweden are bright. In the leafy garden there are two different patios to choose from. Cushions for chairs are stored inside the house when not in use and can be found in one of the storage rooms, the smaller bedroom upstairs. If you have plans for a trip to the lake or perhaps to pick berries and mushrooms, there are baskets to borrow for the purpose. Vingåker offers everything needed in the way of shopping, everything from pharmacies to an outlet with clothes and restaurants. A visit to Julita Gård can be recommended, here there are wonderful park environments and also a restaurant and cafe. Final cleaning is included when you rent this house, but you must bring your own sheets and towels and put away and wash the dishes before departure.

For those interested in fishing, Hjälmaren has a rich selection of fish and is famous for the Hjälmargösen. In 10 minutes by car, you reach Vingåkers Golf Club, which is beautifully located by the lake Kolsnaren. In Vingåker you have a larger selection of shops and also a pharmacy and perhaps you want to make a trip to Brevens Bruk, which with its well-preserved mill environment is picturesque. Please clean the house before you leave and bring your own bed linen and towels.

Here you live on a nice farm in the Sörmland forest with grazing sheep and free-range chickens, where the nice hosts have an extra love for animals and nature. The cottage is completely newly built and has all the amenities you could possibly need as well as a large patio with magical views of pastures and the forest's rich wildlife! Close to the Sörmland Trail and popular cycling routes – an oasis for those who value everything nature has to offer and a rich outdoor life! Very nice cottage built in 2023 where you are now completing the last, you are welcomed by a nice porch with plenty of storage in a large cupboard. Open space where kitchen and living room are united in one on the entrance floor, bathroom with shower and washing machine you will also find. Upstairs you reach all sleeping places, of which two single beds in two separate bedrooms and two beds in the living room located between the bedrooms. Large patio with different groups of outdoor furniture for nice dinners or lazy moments looking over the beautiful views. Dirt road outside the cottage where the owner and other guests pass. Chickens may be in the vicinity of the property. The cottage is located on Norrkärrs Gård, a large property of several hectares next to Lake Örhammaren where the homeowners together with their sheep, chickens, cats and dogs live. There is also a farm shop where lambskins and eggs from the farm's animals are sold. The two houses are located next to a large courtyard with two other houses that are rented out and the owners' houses, but all houses are in a secluded location. Chickens stroll around freely on the property and give you the opportunity for fresh eggs. Common charging station for the car is available to pay for on site. Let yourself walk along the pastures and greet the fine Gotland sheep. Take a walk down to the lake, pick some blueberries and mushrooms on the way. Down by the lake you can borrow a rowing boat and canoe, which is also shared with the remaining guests, fishing (fishing license required-purchased by homeowners on site), swimming from the jetty and rocks. Don't miss Sunset Island, an oasis the owners arranged with barbecue facilities and hammocks right next to the water crevice. The homeowners are very accommodating and are happy to help on request if you want help with transport to Sörmlandsleden but also organized bike tours to find the very best bike tours for a small fee - own bike is required. In this house you live high up among mountain peaks and pines, with proximity to the beautiful waters of the Baltic Sea. Here there is a bedroom with two beds; one 90 cm and one 120 cm and two with a single bed in each. A family room with a dining table and access to a small balcony with a view of the mountain and the forest. If you walk down through the forest, you come to the water, there is also a cozy walking path along the water. A guest cabin with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is also a sofa and a small terrace outside. Ornö has a lot to experience, farms that sell organic vegetables and fresh eggs. On the island there are restaurants and cafes and a grocery store.
