Welcome to beautiful Torö, an island connected by a bridge in the southern Stockholm archipelago, and to a lovely house with both a sauna and a pool. Large terraces, perfect for cosy summer days, make this a place where the whole family will feel at home. There are two houses on the property: a larger main house and a smaller adjoining annex. This setup is ideal for two families who want to holiday together while staying in separate houses. The main house offers spacious areas for socialising, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine. Please note that the water comes from a private well and may appear slightly cloudy, but it is safe to drink. The main house has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The smaller house features a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with a 90 cm bed. There is also a 105 cm bed in the small living room. The annex includes a kitchen and a toilet, but no shower. Showers are available in the main house or in the sauna house, as well as an outdoor shower by the pool. Please be mindful of water usage. The Stockholm archipelago is sensitive during the summer and may occasionally experience water shortages. The pool is 130 cm deep and has a cover that can easily be pulled over to protect it from leaves and other natural debris. On the large pool deck there are sun loungers and dining tables in two areas, providing plenty of space both outdoors and indoors. The pool area is private and borders the forest, which begins at the edge of the property and is perfect for pleasant walks. Torö is home to one of Sweden’s best surf beaches at the Ören Nature Reserve. The area also offers unique flora, mushrooms, and a long pebble beach, as well as excellent opportunities for hiking. On the island you will find a local grocery store, cafés, and a sourdough bakery. If you wish to visit a larger town, Nynäshamn is nearby – a charming summer town with restaurants along the harbour. Welcome to a small but cozy newly built house. The house has all the comforts on a small surface, for the small family or one or two adults. There is two beds in the loft that have sitting height but not standing height. Downstairs there is a sofa bed for two. The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, shower and WC. A large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for cozy summer evenings. The house is located with the back towards the owners' house and the front and the balcony are towards the forest, wonderfully restful. Just 300 meters from the house is a swimming lake that is popular, there are many natural areas with nice hiking trails nearby, but also close to Stockholm's inner city with its culture, restaurants and theaters. Here you can experience everything from the ABBA Museum, the Vasa Museum, the Royal Palace, and much more. If you want to swim, Farsta Strandbad is conveniently located with lake swimming from either the beach or the pier. For those who prefer swimming in the sea, Årsta Havsbad is a great option, offering a beautiful beach. When bed linen is added, towels are also included. It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the cottage.

Here you live in two cottages where the old cottages from the early 1900s have been renovated taking into account the house's origins. Torpstugan consists of two rooms a small hall. A chamber with two single beds, a stove that you can fire in a chilly evening and also an extra bed for a child. In the second room, which is the original kitchen where the old iron fireplace remains, there is a seating area. In the second cottage next door you have a kitchen with dining area and a fresh tiled bathroom. This cottage is built in recent years but in the old style and fits well into the courtyard image. Between the cottages there is a lovely patio with barbecue. Down by the lake there is a jetty with a bathing ladder and it is an excellent swimming lake, if you want to go out on the lake you have access to a rowing boat. The house does not rent to companies. In Sörmland there are countless castles and manor houses where many offer guided tours. If you want to hike along a trail or just go out into the forest, the choices are many. If you travel with children, Eskilstuna Zoo can be attractive, where you have about 30 minutes to travel. If you want to go to Stockholm, it takes about 1.5 hours. Welcome!

Welcome to Tegeltorpet at Brandalsund Manor. Here you have the opportunity to spend your holiday in a real beautiful and soothing environment in a pleasant and newly renovated cottage / house located on a scenic plot with both forest and water. In this house and in the adjacent guesthouse you live comfortably with beautiful views of the sea and meadows. The house is located individually, in Brandalsund's nature reserve with a comfortable distance to lovely baths but also close to central Stockholm, Trosa and Sörmland. Downstairs of the house you enter a smaller hall. To the left is a spacious living room with lovely sofa group, beautifully mullioned windows and wood burning stove and to the right is the large kitchen with space for many. In the kitchen there is a countertop stove with two plates and associated oven. It is possible to make a fire in the wood stove. On this floor there is also the fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you will find the house's remaining rooms, a large living room with sofa bed for two people, and a junior bed. In the master bedroom located inside the living room there are two beds. Here there are window sections that create a beautiful view and contribute to a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The guest house located next door is also fresh and newly renovated and here there are two single beds. As a guest in this house, you arrange cleaning yourself. Via individual gravel road and road boom you reach this charming house located on Brandalslunds manor (privately owned castle) grounds with beautiful meadows and rural surroundings that include Brandalsund Nature Reserve. Just below the house you can swim by the beach and if you want to get to a sandy beach, you have walking distance to lovely sandy beaches with barbecue areas in the nature reserve. The rowing boat that you are welcome to borrow is located at the lake's edge below the house. In the garden outside the house there are nice outdoor furniturewith barbecue where you can enjoy lovely dinners. Enjoy nice walks in nature, take a trip to Trosa, only 30 minutes by car, a fantastic summer town with beautiful houses, nice shops and restaurants. Gripsholm Castle in cozy Mariefred is also a must! Other places to visit are Nynäs Castle with exhibitions, activities and café during the season and the Royal Palace Tullgarn, which you can reach in about half an hour. Around here there are many nice golf courses for those who want to play golf, closest are Kallfors Gk and Åda golf & country club in Trosa. It only takes about 35 minutes by car to central Stockholm. If Kolmårdens Djurpark is part of your holiday plans or just relax in nature, then this little cottage could be something for you. The cabin, which is of a simpler standard, is part of a smaller collection of cabins managed and owned by an IOGT association since 1947. Among other things, a midsummer celebration is organized in the area, which is usually very much appreciated by all visitors. There are both swings and a small slide in the area for the youngest. The cottage is on two levels where the lower level has a spacious kitchen with fridge and small freezer, a good dining area and also a high chair for the youngest. In the living room there is a sofa group and another dining area. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot and a room, which is a walk-through room, with three separate beds. The bathroom is not in the house but is in a separate building next door, there is also a disabled toilet with a changing table. The bathroom is not private but can be used by any visitor from the association. In front of the cottage, which is partially fenced with some bushes, there is a lovely patio with garden furniture in the best sun position, but the coziest place is down by the small lake where there is a large common jetty with tables and chairs and a bathing ladder for those who want to take a dip. The rowing boats are also located here and in the storage room on the jetty there are life jackets to borrow for those who rent the cabin. There are plenty of fish in the small lake for those interested in fishing. In the Kolmårdsskogarna there are many wonderful hiking trails and paths. The Sörmlandsleden has a stage that starts in Stavsjö and there are moderate to difficult hikes in the area, which also has plenty of small forest lakes, so it might be a good idea to pack swimming trunks in your backpack. It only takes 29 minutes, about 8km, to drive to Kolmården Zoo and once there you have a lot to explore around Bråviken. The IOGT association works actively for a sober existence and appreciates that guests in the cabin respect that.

High up on the mountain, this small cozy house sits, very secluded with glimmers of sea between the trees. Down across the road is your own jetty, cozy to take a morning dip or bring your picnic basket and end the day at sunset. The house is simple but has what you need for a quiet and cozy holiday close to nature. The large house has a bedroom with family bunk bed and a sofa bed for two in the living room. Shower and sauna are in the basement. The small annex has two single beds. Both houses have kitchens, but the annex does not have water withdrawn. Toilet is in the main house. It is a large plot, you go up over the mountain behind the house and a bit through the forest, there is a lake to swim in, Ällmora swamp, if you prefer. In Tyresö, Brevik, there are many nice walking paths and rocks to sunbathe and swim from. If you want a child-friendly beach, Ällmorabadet is about 250 m from the house. If you want to take a trip to Stockholm, there is a bus 400 m from the house.

If you want to live close to nature and have access to a pool after the day's excursions, then this small cottage can be something for you. The cottage which is of a simpler standard is located about 6 km from the center of Trosa with all its restaurants, cozy cafes and the beautiful Trosa river which invites to wonderful walks. The pool is shared with the owner. The cottage has a living room where the sofa becomes an extra bed for the night and with a simpler kitchenette located adjacent to the entrance. There is a large fridge and freezer that provides good storage for the week's purchases. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet and sink. The cottage's small terrace in front of the entrance is an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee in the best sun position. Right outside the cottage is the pool which is large enough to take an exercise session. You have access to a large gas grill and there is garden furniture. If you want to go down to the sea, it is about 600 meters walk to the water. There are good hiking areas and the well-known Sörmlandsleden can be connected to in Trosa. If you are interested in golf, Åda Golf & Country club is located about 5 km from the cottage. You share the plot with the homeowner. The homeowner has dogs and there is also a cat.

One hundred meters down is Lake Båven and you will find a swimming cape some distance away along the gravel road that passes outside the cottage. Båven is known for its rich bird life and there are several areas and islands around Båven that are protected at certain times during the summer. There are many islands and small coves in Båven that invite you to a quiet paddle trip with canoes, it is available for rent in nearby Skebokvarn. The cozy lake cottage Sjöstugan, offers additional sleeping accommodation in a sofa bed in the cottage's living room. Here is a beautiful fireplace that can spread extra coziness. The wood-fired sauna in combination with the location by the lake makes taking a bath after the sauna easy. If you choose to have your dinner in Sjöstugan, the lake view is unbeatable, there is a simpler bar kitchen with sea water and a mini fridge if you want to keep your drinks cool. Bathrooms are only available in Ateljén, but for the adventurous people there is a beautiful outdoor toilet outside Sjöstugan. It is about 75 meters between the cottages, there is a hilly walkway that leads down from Ateljén to Sjöstugan. Later in the evening, you can light the grill and prepare dinner, which is best enjoyed outdoors in the evening sun.
