Via nice country roads you reach this house beautifully placed only 75 meters from lake Yngern, with a secluded location on a large lake plot with jetty, disposed of with the owners who live on the same property with their cats and horses. Large lush trees create privacy between the houses. The house is recently renovated in well-chosen color and material choices to maintain the right character of the house. You live on two levels with high ceilings, generous surfaces and nice tiled stoves on all levels. On the entrance level you are welcomed by a bright hall that connects to the large kitchen and dining area, spacious living room tiled stove and TV and with beautiful views down to the lake. The stairs to the upper floor lead you to a bright and comfortable living room where you can sit down and watch the lake sparkle with the sun's rays. Further upstairs you will find another living room with tiled stove and sofa bed for two people as this room can thus be used as a bedroom. From here you reach a beautiful bedroom with double bed. From this bedroom you reach the third bedroom with a 140-bed for two people. Bathroom with shower and combined washer / dryer is on the entrance floor. Good to know! The railing around the stairs upstairs is very low and thus NOT childproof. To reach two out of three bedrooms, you need to go through the bedroom / living room. Fishing licenses can be borrowed from owners. Rowing boat is rented by owners on site by agreement. It is also possible to pre-order firewood subject to availability. During the period week 14 – week 22 and week 36 – week 39, electricity costs are added, which are paid to the owner on site. Estimated consumption is about 250 kwh and the current electricity tariff. Bed linen can be rented and towels are included. The house is perfectly located close to Sörmland to a number of attractive places to visit. In Nykvarn there is everything you need and then some, some nice tips are Mångfaldens Hus with shop, café & market garden, Turinge Ost & Vin with market hall and Café Klavér - café, theater and yoga. For those of you who love cakes in a beautiful environment, you must visit Taxinge Castle, which has an endless selection of cakes, a farm shop and a beach. Also take the opportunity to take a trip to Mariefred for a visit to Gripsholm Castle but also to central Stockholm (only 30 minutes by train from Nykvarn) if you want even more culture and history, but also a big city pulse.

Welcome to the lovely Ornö, an island in Stockholm's southern archipelago. Here you get far out in the sea belt, where there are plenty of seabirds, beautiful nature and if you are lucky you can see sea eagles and a seal or two. Here you take a car ferry from Dalarö, or Vaxholms boat from Stockholm. You live in a cozy house with nice furniture, a newly renovated kitchen, a double room, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with vacuum toilet, shower and washing machine. The plot is a lovely flowering garden and a lawn, the cottage owner is good at flowers. Opposite the house is the spacious guest house with two beds, a small kitchen and in the guest house there is also a sauna and shower. The plot faces a meadow where you can see both deer and moose at dusk. About 700 m from the house there is a nice shallow bathing area with jetty, a little here and there there are also rocks to swim from. The cottage is located on a farm in a beautiful and soothing environment run by nice host couples with a big heart for animals and nature! Perfect for those of you who want a holiday in an environment you will never forget, as made for recreation and outdoor recreation! The cottage you live in is nicely decorated with kitchen, living room and bathroom downstairs and cozy sleeping loft that you reach via stairs on the outside. Balcony and private patio with seating area and BBQ facilities. The cottage stands on a large property with agriculture, more rental units and with the possibility to rent bicycles. The owners live on the same property and welcome you with open arms to their organic farm with several different animals and a nice little farm shop. In addition to the beautiful nature you get to experience here, there are several excursion destinations to explore! If you want to swim, there are four different beaches to choose from within easy distance as there are very many different lakes nearby. Those of you who have an interest in art, do not miss Ullsta Konstpromenad where you can also "forest bathe". Take the children to Sagostigen for an exciting tour of the forest. There are a number of different nature reserves to choose from and if you want to play golf you have Grytsbergs GK nearby. Take the opportunity to take an excursion to Gripsholm Castle in Mariefred, Öster Malma Vildpark to see moose, beautiful Trosa or why not a trip to Stockholm! At a convenient distance from Stockholm and only 150 meters from Väsbyviken in Lake Mälaren is this cottage with a sense of luxury. Around the front of the cottage there is a large lovely terrace of 50 sqm that houses both a spa bath, sun loungers and a dining area under a roof where also the gas grill is waiting for the next grill master. You can end the day with a sauna and enjoy the tranquility out by Väsbyviken. The cottage has a living room with an open plan kitchen where you have a bed armchair that becomes a comfortable bed at night. The kitchen is equipped with a small hob, microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and an old iron stove that raises the cosiness factor. Dining area with table and chairs is found outdoors. There are two sleeping lofts, one of which has a double bed and the other has a single bed. Note that there are ladders up to the sleeping lofts, not suitable for small children. You also have a tastefully decorated bathroom with shower and a sauna with seating for up to 6 people that has windows facing the terrace. Everything built with quality and a sense of design. The surroundings around Väsbyviken offer a lot for you who want an active holiday. If you bring your own canoe or kayak, you can easily launch these below the cottage. Just a bit away from the cottage is a small bathing area with a small sandy beach and a jetty. A little further away is Mälarbaden which has a well-known swimming area, golf course with restaurant and paddle courses. If hiking is something that interests you, you can easily connect to for example the Gyllenhielmska Trail down by Torshälla canal, the trail is 36 km and ends at Sundbyholms Slott. A visit to Väsby Magasin which is within walking distance is recommended, here is a small deli, furnishings, flowers and clothes. The plot is shared with the homeowner. Towels are included in the rental of bed linen.

If you need more they are 50 crownes a basket. The lake, Sämsjön, is only 400 metres from the house. This is where you will find the boat that comes with the house. Please note: The boat can only be used in the summer time.

Pretty holiday home located on a beach plot,with a panoramic view over the lake Hjälmaren. This charming house with a log guest cabin is secluded on a cape, just 15 metres from the beach. There is a patio with a roof on the south side of the house, overlooking the lake. The wooden house contains a large living room with an adjacent open kitchen. Next to the patio there is a sauna which seats four people. The guest cabin has two beds. The plot includes a private sand beach of 100 metres. There are plenty of islands within rowing distance. Pole fishing is permitted, as is mushroom picking in the nearby forest. The house is located 160 kilometres from Stockholm.

In the Djupvik area you will find a holiday idyll where you can see Lake Mälaren beyond the trees. Enjoy the lovely surroundings around Djupvik that offer a fantastic nature, the proximity to Lake Mälaren and why not take the opportunity to visit Stockholm which is just over an hour's drive away. The cottage is located on a high plot that gives you a nice view from the terrace. The plot slopes but there is also a part of the lawn that is well suited for play and games. The entrance is directly from the terrace and leads into the cottage's living room where the kitchen is in open plan with dining area by the window. A TV corner with sofa and there is also the house fireplace that you can light a fire if the evenings are a bit chilly. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and washing machine. Out on the terrace, which is predominantly covered, there is plenty of room for diners and a hearty barbecue. Here you can enjoy summer evenings and let your eyes rest on nature and follow the sun's decline. Djupvik's bathing area is about 400 meters walk from the house and offers large grassy areas and bathing piers. It is also convenient for those of you who come by car to park it in the carport. In the cottage you will find here a small kitchen with dishwasher and induction stove with convection oven, living room with dining area, cozy fireplace, sofa and TV. Separate bedroom with double bed (180) and a family bunk bed (120 + 80) in the living room but separately located on the right at the entrance. Patio under roof and without roof with perfect sun position day and night and view of the garden. In the separate shed there is a shower, sink and toilet. The plot is accessible from two directions and thus offers several parking spaces. Here there are berry bushes, plenty of space for play and access to toys for the little ones. The cottage stands on a property of several hectares which is managed by the owner but also two other cottages which are rented out. All households have separate patios. The boats included in the rental are shared with guests in the other two cabins. Sheep, chickens and cats also live on the farm. Ask the owners if you can meet the lovely sheep who love to be petted. Chickens can be found near the accommodation. Common charging station for the car is available to pay for on site. The other two cabins the owner rents out is number: 7391 and 7398.
