The area is particularly well-visited during the month of May thanks to the thousands of cherry trees in bloom, a fantastic experience! You are welcomed by a large garden with barbecue area above the house with an old stone fenced yard around the plot. The house is homely with elements of classic Swedish style from the 70s. The hall is spacious with space to hang up outerwear. The hall and living room are integrated with open space. There is a stove here that crackles a lot on chilly evenings. Directly to the left is the house's one bedroom with an extra bed for 2 people. Bed linen is not included. Straight ahead, the small charming kitchen opens up and to the left is the house's second bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. The living room is bright with large windows facing the garden. Here are sofas, an armchair and a TV corner. There is also a dining table with plenty of room for the whole party. In the guest cabin at the back of the plot there is two additional beds for two people. There is room for 6 people in total and your accommodation is perfect for a family with children or a couple. Between the guest cabin and the house itself is the toilet, which is a composting toilet . All furnished in a very charming style. The shower is an outdoor shower with curtains and with the bare sky as a roof and the birds as company. There is only summer water, there is no hot water. Final cleaning is not included. The service cannot be purchased. This accommodation is close to Skara sommerland if you are a family with children. If you are also interested in history, a visit to Varnhemskloster is recommended or take a trip to Naturum Hornborgarsjön for a fantastic nature experience.

On the outside, you can sit on the balconies and enjoy the morning's hot drink while looking out over the lovely nature. Svenljunga, Sexdrega and Tranemo is an area rich in water. Here you will find several running watercourses such as Jälmån and Ätran that offer exclusive trout fishing. The lakes are many, several hundred say those who know. Classic lake fishing for pike, perch, zander and more is offered here. The central town of Borås is approx. 29 km away, and here there are both fine shopping opportunities, a large selection of restaurants and cafes, and fun activities for both young and old adventurers. Experience wild animals at Borås Zoo, exciting experiments, climbing adventures and much more. Borås is richly decorated with public art in the streets and squares and here is also the textile center with its museum about the city's heyday as a textile and fashion center. This nice house is located on a peninsula right next to Frisjön just outside Borås. The house is located in one of the most beautiful area by Arnäsholm with a beautiful chapel next to it which is a copy of Hedared Stave Church, built in 1925. You have a lake view and walking distance down to Frisjön and a private path behind the house leads down to a smaller beach. The house was newly renovated in 2014 and is bright and homely furnished. You have patios, balconies in the sun all locations with large lawn that invites to play and mischief. A perfect accommodation for families with children who want proximity to swimming, peace and proximity to everything that Borås has to offer. Not for rent to companies or youth groups! You are welcomed into a smaller bright hall. Bathroom is directly to the left which is fully tiled with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. To the right is a large closet where you can hang out and set bags. Straight ahead, the nice large country kitchen opens up. Large dining table there and a very cozy kitchen where nothing is missing. The old stove reminds that the house dates back to older days. To the right is a large living room with stove for chilly evenings. From the kitchen window and the window by the TV can look out over the sparkling lake. Upstairs you will find all bedrooms. If your are tall look out for the ceiling in the middle of the stairs so you do not hit your head. To the left are two bright and lovely bedrooms, each with single beds 90cm. The living room on the upper floor is large and there is also a sofa bed 140cm wide. Next to it is the large bedroom with a double bed 180cm. Everything is tastefully decorated with a warm feeling. Attention: It is not allowed the charge your electric power car / hybrid car at the cottage. Smoking not allowed in or around the house. If you want to take the car to the shopping city Borås, you can get there in about 15 minutes and there it is easy to make bargains in the center or out on "Knalleland". Also visit Borås Zoo, which is a really well-kept zoo on the outskirts of the city. Borås has plenty of good restaurants and nice cafes. The city of Gothenburg with sights such as the parade street Avenyn, the amusement park Liseberg and the interesting Universeum can be easily reached in less than 1 hour by car. Welcome!

In a peaceful summer cottage area located high up is this nice red cottage with white knots. The cottage and the area offer you a magnificent view of Lake Viken all the way to Billingen and Kinnekulle. The cottage is well planned and perfect for the small family with children or for 4 people. You are welcomed into a smaller hall. One bedroom on the left with a bunk bed and the other bedroom on the right with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a WC and shower cubicle. Straight ahead comes the living room with living room and dining area in one. The furniture is light and homely. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need and a dining area is by the window in the living room. Here you can sit and look out over the lake and the beautiful surroundings. On the outside of the house, there is outdoor furniture so you can enjoy both morning and evening sun. Have a good dinner by the pavilion and enjoy the birdsong. Here in Källebacken as the area is called, there is a marked path leading up to Grotteberget, which offers an even more magnificent view of the area. From Källebacken there are also connecting routes to Västra Vätterleden. If you would like to swim in Lake Viken, it is less than 5 minutes by car. Only 26 km you reach Tiveden National Park. Here is genuine Swedish wilderness in a hilly and wild forest landscape with dramatic fissure valleys, beautiful forest lakes, giant blocks at Stenkälla, views from the Trollkyrkobergen and the beach at Vitsand. Worth a visit is also Forsvik's lock, which was built in 1813, Göta Kanal's both the oldest and highest single lock. Please note: The cottage is not rented out to youth groups.
