One in connection with one of the bedrooms, the other in the hall with toilet and sink. The kitchen is modern and bright with an open plan together with the living room, which has a large sofa. Welcome to Tolered, an idyll near Gothenburg's vibrant center and the beautiful archipelago! The house is divided into two separate parts, each with its own entrance. To reach your accommodation, you go around to the back where your entrance is. By tram (7 min walk) it only takes 12 minutes to get to the center, where a rich cultural and entertainment scene awaits. Here you will find the Gothenburg Opera, several museums, numerous shopping streets, restaurants for all tastes and, not least, the Liseberg amusement park for an unforgettable experience. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with a lush garden that offers both lawn and towering apple trees. On the balcony there is a glazed conservatory with a dining area for the whole group. In the entrance you are greeted by a hanging area, and directly to the right is the spacious kitchen in true turn-of-the-century style. The door straight ahead leads to the neighboring apartment, and for access to the shared laundry room, follow the directions in the guest folder. Upstairs is a bedroom on the left with a single bed. This room has a door but no window. The living room, furnished with a sofa and armchairs, is a perfect place to relax after the day's adventure. Next to the larger master bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a single bed. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, a desk with a view of the garden and access to the balcony. Here you live perfectly if you want to discover Gothenburg, all year round, while you can enjoy the tranquility of this homely house. Take the tram to Saltholmen or Stenpiren and then jump on the boat to the car-free southern archipelago islands. To the northern islands you take the ferry from Lilla Varholmen at Hisingen. Both parts of the archipelago are fantastically beautiful and well worth a visit. If you are in the mood for shopping, Gothenburg offers an abundance of shops. When it comes to swimming, Tumlehed (15km), Sillvik (15km) and Lilleby (14km) are the most popular options. If you want to swim in a pool, visit Lundbybadet (approx. 2km). The nearest grocery store is in Björlanda, (approx. 3km), and a petrol station with a smaller range of food is just one kilometer from the house. Welcome to this wonderfully situated house just outside Sunne and with a view of lake Rottnen. The house is a charming and solid timbered house with a large cabin and a centrally located fireplace that spreads warmth and comfort during autumn and winter evenings. From the well-situated balcony facing west, you can sit down and enjoy the evening sun in the summer and look out over Rottnen. The hall offers space and the kitchen is centrally located. From the hall you can reach the two bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and the other a bunk bed. From the hall you can also reach the toilet, which also houses a shower. The second half of the house consists of the large cabin where the fireplace is also located, a limited amount of firewood will be available upon arrival. You park right behind the house. Sunne offers many experiences and adventures in the form of Sunne Sommarland with its water park, Rottneros Park which is a flower and sculpture park and where children can spend time in the adventure park, why not a visit to Sunne Golfklubb, an 18-hole golf course that offers a magnificent view over Lake Fryken. In the vicinity of Sunne there are also - Sunne Ski&Bike Park which offers good skiing in winter and in summer on newly built cycle paths that wind down the slopes at breakneck speed and you take the bike up with the lift.
