Enjoy nature at this beautiful house! When you have turned off the 62 at Vedugnsbageriet, you are close to tranquility and a cozy stay in Värmland's beautiful nature. The last bit to the house your drive is beautifully surrounded by trees before the beautiful white house towers up. Park at the front or the back, there's plenty of room to spread out. The back offers a large, lovely lawn perfect for summer games. The front has a nice view over meadows and down towards the cozy stone oven bakery with generous opening hours during the summer. When you put the key in the lock and enter the hall, you are in the heart of the house. From here you reach the house's WC, the upper floor, the living room and the kitchen. Straight ahead is the large living room with both sofa and armchair. From here you reach the first bedroom (double bed). The room next door is the large, spacious kitchen with all the amenities you need for your stay. One floor up you will find the shower room with washing machine and the house's second bedroom (two single beds). Unfortunately, the tile stove cannot be used. On the courtyard there are 3 wells that you can be a little extra vigilant about. Park easily on the left just after the cabin. At this nice cottage you have all the amenities you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. From the large terrace you enter the cabin and can immediately leave your luggage and shoes in the inviting hall. Straight ahead you will find the cabin's bathroom with both WC, wash basin and shower. When you enter the combined living room and kitchen, you are greeted by a large space with a panoramic window towards the balcony and the lake. The kitchen is in a modern style and has all the equipment you could possibly need, such as a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and much more. Next to the kitchen you will find the two bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a wide (120cm) single bed and the bedroom on the left a double bed (140cm). Up the stairs from the living room you will find the sleeping loft with a wide (120cm) single bed and a sofa bed for two people. From here in the sleeping loft you have a nice view over the cabin but also out over the greenery. The large balcony that frames the cabin provides plenty of sun during the day. By sea you can take yourself to various cozy islands, or why not go into Karlstad and enjoy the restaurant and entertainment options there. Around the cottage there are also good hiking trails to discover Hammarö's beautiful nature and rich wildlife. During the summer months, there is a lot of activity at Knappforsen/Lunnedet in the form of music performances, camping, car meets and much else exciting. You can get here by a short 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Plenty of hiking trails in the area. At close driving distance there are 4 different golf courses, as well as a golf simulator, padel and sport shooting (Storfors). Inside Karlskoga you will find everything from shops to entertainment, such as the very popular Boda Borg.

Welcome to a rural cottage with a beautiful idyll in the heart of Värmland. From the covered terrace at the back, you have the opportunity to see lynx, fox, moose, deer and wolf. There are even salt rocks here at the marsh which increases the chances of seeing game. This cozy holiday home in Spartan style is secluded, completely free from noise. You are welcomed into the house via a hall that connects the whole house. Straight ahead on the entrance floor you will find the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and also offers a wood stove as well as a cozy dining area with chairs and sofa, perfect for enjoying breakfast. To the left you will find the living room with a sofa bed, an extra bed, office space and a cozy fireplace. You will find the bathroom with underfloor heating straight ahead from the kitchen and here there is a WC, wash basin and shower. One floor up you will find the cottage's two bedrooms. To the right a bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom on the left offers two beds, one of them is a 120-bed. (There are fireplaces in both bedrooms, but these must not be lit.) Put on your shoes and follow the path about 300 meters down to the lake. Here you can bathe via a stone slab. If you would rather have a proper swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach, you will find it in Östervallskog, a short drive away. The cottage is close to the Norwegian border. Within twenty minutes from the holiday home, you can reach a lot, such as a lovely beach, shopping center (15km), magnificent nature and much more.

In the small cabin area you will find this nice cabin, which is only 10 meters down to the beach with its large balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Vänern. On the balcony you can enjoy the panoramic view. At the large table on the balcony, there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy your morning cup or the evening's dinner that has been prepared on the grill. In the entrance you enter the hall and to the left you enter the bedroom. In here there is a double bed of 160 cm and a bunk bed of 80 cm. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can easily be converted into a 120 cm sofa bed. On the slightly colder days, you can sit inside around the dining table and hear the crackling and feel the warmth from the fireplace that is here. The kitchen is well planned with large surfaces. Along the hall there is a smaller toilet. In a side building there is a large sauna that can accommodate 6 people, as well as a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. If you want to test your fishing luck, there is a boat and a rowing boat included in the rent. Or you can go to the Säffle center in Byälven, where there is one of Sweden's best fishing waters for zander etc. Behind the house you can connect to the nice hiking trails that are well marked. Only a 27-minute drive away, you can visit Värmland's Viking Center. Here it is told about how the Vikings lived and about the ancient history of Värmland as well as about older crafts and about the construction of the ship Glad. There is also a playground and stone labyrinth here, which are just as exciting for young and old.

You are welcomed to a nice and bright cottage with a flexible floor plan and a large, lovely, glazed terrace. At the entrance you have a large porch without a roof where you can relax in the sun. You are welcomed into a small hall, bedroom with double bed you have to your right side, bathroom straight ahead, to the left of the hall is the kitchen, which is shared with the living room. Inside the living room is the cottage's second bedroom with double bed. By the large, glazed terrace there is room for a wonderful meal, breakfasts, barbecue food or other small and good things you might want during your holiday. The whole area, which is a new construction project, is nice and fresh, it is admirably beautiful when you only have Lake Vänern at your disposal at a distance of about 150 meters. Things to do nearby: In addition to swimming and fishing and relaxing on site, there is much you can do, an example is hiking on Värmlandsnäs. At the far end of Värmlandsnäs you will find Ekenäs, from there the walking trails Ladholmens- and Åkerhusleden start. Here you get a fantastic view of Lake Vänern. Ladhusleden starts from the guest harbor and is partly handicapped accessible. For those of you who are interested in culture, we suggest a visit to “von Echstedska garden” - art museum. There you can have a coffee, walk around the herb garden, and experience the house in all its glory, a visit to the culture house Silvenska which is a beautiful culture house filled with activities such as art exhibitions and handicraft sales. Or why not visit Värmlands Vikingacenters, which is a beautiful historical place suitable for all ages. There are many options here, get there by bike, boat, canoe, or hike. There are plenty of berries and mushrooms in the woods and on the ground.

Welcome to a cozy cottage with a rural location in beautiful Hammarö in Värmland county! The cabin is located at the end of a narrow gravel road, a "hideaway" with a completely secluded location between meadows and forest. You are struck by the silence and calm as soon as you step out of the car; no neighbors, no cars, no visibility, nothing to disturb the idyll. Step into a bright hall with a large window on the left with a view of the meadows and an inner window on the right towards the kitchen. The homeowner's angora goats sometimes graze in the meadows outside the plot. Deer often appear at dusk. Not far from the cottage (3 km) is Hammarö Golf Club, which is a popular golf facility. For those who want to run for exercise in nature or work out at an outdoor gym, Kilenegården's open-air facility 1 km away is recommended.
