Welcome to a charming 19th-century house, called Ekeberg. This beautiful property is located on beautiful Kållandsö, only a stone's throw from swimming in Hörviken. It is also close to the magnificent Läckö castle, Hindens reef and the Spiken fishing camp. The house is in a rural idyll and the interior is in the same style. Here you have a great chance to see both moose and deer that like to roam freely in the fields outside your house. You are welcomed into a green garden with a beautiful gazebo. Behind the red entrance door is a bright, spacious hall. Directly to the left is the kitchen, which has everything you could need, including a nice old iron stove. Next to this is the house's fine room with a tiled stove. To the right of the entrance is a small sleeping alcove. Next to the sleeping alcove is the house's bathroom with wc, sink, shower cubicle and washing machine. The stairs up lead to the upper floor. There is a large common room with TV and comfortable sofas and armchairs. The room is divided by the stairs and behind it is a double bed 180 cm wide. The room inside is the house's last bedroom with two single beds 90 cm wide and an older junior bed. The water for the house is called "Vänervatten" and is perfectly drinkable. In the kitchen there is a jug with a water filter in it. The water is clear and nice, but if you want, you can get water to fill up in a can at Hörviken, down by the marina, or buy water in a store. The water can of course be used for cooking, showering and washing oneself in. A rowing boat and two kayaks can be rented at the bottom of Hörviken - shared with guests in the other houses - rented for a price per day per boat/kayak. The boat house has access to all guests of the houses. More information is available in the accommodation and by contacting the service office. In Hörvikens Marina you can listen to live music and eat good food, buy ice cream and swim during the summer. The area invites you to beautiful hiking trails and boat trips from Naven and Spiken. Hörvikens Marina is only 1 km away by car. The bathing dock is at the last pier at the Marina. Cliff bathing is a must at Naven. For families with children, there is a sandy beach at Läckö castle, Läckö beach and Svalnäs. You can also rent bicycles at the Marina and kayaks can be rented at the Nave. Fine hiking trails, pilgrimage trails, can be found at Läckö, Läckö beach and Otterstad, among others, which invite you to explore the area. To the nearest big city Trollhättan it is about 30 km and there are also buses. In Trollhättan there are outdoor baths, a cozy inner city along the canal, playgrounds, a large shopping center and old locks, saab museum and much to do. Welcome to a nice red cottage with white knots located near two lovely lakes. Vättern with its crystal clear water and Kyrksjön which is a smaller lake, only 5 minutes by car from your accommodation. The cottage is in a rural idyll with horses grazing in the pasture outside in the summer. From the cottage, you are close to the Göta canal and its locks and beautiful Tiveden with its magnificent nature, which means that there are plenty of day trips. The accommodation has a large balcony and a glazed conservatory. You look out over the large garden and the country road. You are welcomed into an open-plan family room and kitchen. There is a small dining table here for the first cup of coffee of the day. The living room has two comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace that crackles well. A warm welcome to a charming red house in a rural idyll. This accommodation is very nice and well maintained which is located in the countryside a bit outside the resort of Grästorp. The area is quiet and peaceful and is perfect for a family with children. The house is older and renovated to follow the same zeitgeist as the original style with very homely style and feel. With an easy drive you are close to several bathing places around Vänner's beautiful beach. The house is in the courtyard so there is plenty of space for children to play and take advantage of the large lawn outside. You are welcomed into a bright hall with carpentry pleasure and many windows. Directly to the left is the living room with Smart-TV, sofa and armchairs in an older style. Straight ahead is the dining room and to the right is the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a kitchen table, sofa and most things you may need. Trollhättan's shopping center is not far from there and a trip to Gothenburg with Liseberg is recommended. You can easily get to the sea if you continue the road towards Uddevalla. With a large, lovely terrace overlooking the forest plot, you have the perfect place to spend the summer evenings. The cabin is newly renovated and fresh with a large open kitchen that is adjacent to the dining area and living room. The living room has the same lovely view as the balcony. The cabin is on the owners' land and they have their own villa about 70 meters away, but the balcony and garden are on the side beyond the house so you have privacy on the house patios. About 700 meters away there is a lake with a swimming area and here there is also a boat you can rent if desired. Boat and motor can be rented separately per week. You have everything you need for a fantastic holiday here in the house and its beautiful surroundings, but should you still want to get out, there is plenty to do nearby. Only about 1400 meters away is Påarp's farm, which has a restaurant, café, canoe rental and football golf. You only have 55km to High Chaparral, or 110km to Liseberg. If you like shopping, it's a little over 40km to Gekås in Ullared. If you want more physical activities in both summer and winter, Isaberg Mountain Resort is 46 km away. At Isaberg Mountain Resort there are bike paths, toboggan run, hiking trails and much more. There is something for all tastes and levels and is well worth a visit, or several! In the winter with snow, Isaberg also has a ski slope, but whatever the season, there are plenty of things to do here.

The kitchen is magnificent where you can see that it used to be a restaurant with a substantial pizza oven, stove and dishwasher. The glasses hang pleasantly from the ceiling above the bar table/kitchen table where people like to gather during dinner for conversation. To the left is a small alcove with a day bed. The house has a total of 8 beds and two bathrooms. To the right are two smaller bedrooms. One with a bunk bed 80 cm wide and the other with a day bed that is 2x80 in size laid out.
